The pearl in the sky, the West Lake in the world, how many beautiful legends, romantic for thousands of years..." "The West Lake in the World" is a song that represents the West Lake. The song contains the scenery of the West Lake, the four seasons of the West Lake, the feelings of the West Lake, the culture of the West Lake, and the history of the West Lake. It was created to celebrate the successful inscription of the West Lake, and it sings the hearts of the people of the West Lake, spreading throughout the motherland and around the world.</p> <p class="ql-block">夏季是农作物旺盛生长的最好季节，充足的光照和适宜的温度以及充沛的雨水，给植物提供了所需的条件。夏季是怎么划分呢？按气象意义上划分，北温带夏季从小满节气始至处暑结束；按天文定义划分，夏季从立夏节气始至立秋结束；古人把一年分为四季，每季平均三个月，以立春作为春季开始，立春后的第四个月至第六个月未即是夏季。</p> <p class="ql-block">Summer is the best season for crops to grow vigorously. Adequate sunlight and suitable temperature, as well as abundant Rain Water, provide the necessary conditions for plants. How is summer divided? According to meteorological significance, summer in the north temperate zone begins from the Lesser Fullness of Grain to the End of Heat; Defined by astronomy, summer begins with the Beginning of Summer and ends with the Beginning of Autumn. The ancients divided the year into four seasons. The Beginning of Spring is the beginning of spring, and the fourth to sixth days after the Beginning of Spring is the summer.</p> <p class="ql-block">一年有四季，草木也有四时之气，得春之气者，为和而含蓄；得夏之气者，为旺而畅遂；得秋之气者，得清而闲逸；得冬之气者，为凝而敛抑。夏天是天地两股气相交最热的时候，是万物长得最旺的时候，也是锻炼我们心志最好的时候。在这美好的夏季，我与天地草木又有怎样的互动和感悟呢，且听我慢慢叙说。</p> <p class="ql-block">There are four seasons in a year, and plants and grass also have the four seasons. Let me tell you slowly.</p> <p class="ql-block">孟夏是草本成长发力的季节。西湖有一种花开得灿烂，那是蔷薇花，说它是夏天的使者一点不为过。几场绵绵细雨过后，花儿开了，色似锦缎，形似少女，开在木栅栏上，开在老墙上，比初春的花儿还开的轰轰烈烈。垂落的一架架蔷薇，很象稠绿的一汪瀑布，瀑布中撤满斑斓的精灵，欲旋转，欲飞溅，引得人挪不开脚步。</p> <p class="ql-block">Midsummer is the season when herbs grow vigorously. There is a kind of flower blooming brilliantly in West Lake, which is the rose. It is no exaggeration to say that it is the messenger of summer. After several gentle rains, the flowers bloom, with colors like brocade and shapes like young girls. They bloom on wooden fences and old walls, even more splendidly than the flowers in early spring. The rows of drooping roses look like a lush green waterfall, filled with colorful fairies that want to spin and splash, making people unable to move.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖有一种树让人念念不忘，那是枫杨树，说它是童年的树一点不为过，承载了童年诸多美好记忆：冬日里露着布满绿苔的黝黑枢干和枝丫，春分后便有嫩叶陆续探出枝头，过了立夏便会垂吊下一串串翠绿的果实。儿时，女孩喜欢将它做成串串项链带在脖子上，男孩则喜欢用果实嬉玩打闹。西湖是嵌在林子里的明珠，被草木宠爱着。</p> <p class="ql-block">There is a tree in West Lake that is very much remembered. It is the maple tree. It is no exaggeration to say that it is a childhood tree. It bears many good memories of childhood: in winter, dark trunks and branches covered with green moss are exposed. After the Spring Equinox, young leaves will appear on the branches. After the Beginning of Summer, strings of green fruits will hang down. As children, girls liked to wear it in chains around their necks, while boys liked to play with the fruit. West Lake is a pearl embedded in the woods, pampered by the grasses.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖的孟夏，是写满美好的季节。明媚的阳光、绿得发亮的树叶，还有夏的果子。樱桃别看它长得一副小家碧玉的模样，但饱满多汁、皮薄肉厚，盈盈可爱；紫黑色的桑葚小串，攒满了整个春天的汁水，饱满浓郁。送入嘴里，丰满的汁水便在口腔内溅开；几场暖风一吹，枝头悄然挂满了黄色的枇杷，入口，可口且清凉，甜蜜入心。</p> <p class="ql-block">In the midsummer of West Lake, it is a season full of beauty. The bright sunshine, the leaves that shine green, and the fruits of summer. Cherry, despite its delicate appearance, is plump and juicy, with thin skin and thick flesh, full of loveliness; the small clusters of purple-black mulberries, full of the juice of the whole spring, are plump and rich. When put into the mouth, the rich juice splashes in the mouth; after a few warm breezes blow, yellow loquat trees quietly hang on the branches. When eaten, it is delicious and refreshing, sweet to the heart.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖的仲夏，是雨水浇灌出的旺盛季节。来自天街的夏雨，会淅淅沥沥下个不停。雨后的西湖恬静又清新，空气中迷漫着叶的清香，偶尔还会夹杂着栀子花的幽香。喜欢在夏雨中漫步西子湖畔，看远山近水山空朦水朦胧的俏模样，听大珠小珠落湖面的啲嗒声。雨后的西湖似一幅江南的水墨画，画里有天有地、有山有水、有桥有亭，还有船娘和游湖的人们。</p> <p class="ql-block">The West Lake in midsummer, Rain Water is the exuberant season. The summer rain from Sky Street would fall without stopping. After the rain, the West Lake is quiet and fresh. The air is filled with the smell of leaves, and occasionally the smells of gardenia. I like to walk on the banks of Xizi Lake in the summer rain, to see the beautiful landscape of the distant mountains and the near water, and to listen to the clicking of large and small beads on the lake. After the rain, the West Lake is like a ink painting of Jiangnan, with sky and land, mountains and water, bridges and kiosks, boatgirls and people swimming in the lake.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖的仲夏，是蓬勃成长中展现浪漫梦幻的季节。早在孟夏，一抹抹碧绿、一点点嫣红，已在西湖的湖面上悄然呈现。到了仲夏，那田田的叶子，像亭亭舞女的裙，在水面上飘逸着；那袅袅的朵儿，像羞涩少女的眼，在叶子间闪烁着。在阵阵雷鸣声中，在闷闷潮热中，荷花便独领风骚了。西湖的人被荷迷得神魂颠倒了，赏荷、拍荷、写荷、说荷、念荷。</p> <p class="ql-block">In the summer of West Lake, it is a season of blooming romance and fantasy. As early as midsummer, a touch of green and a hint of red have quietly appeared on the surface of West Lake. By midsummer, the leaves, like the skirts of graceful dancers, sway gracefully on the water; the delicate flowers, like shy girls' eyes, sparkle among the leaves. In the sound of thunder and the oppressive heat, lotus flowers take the lead. The people of West Lake are enchanted by the lotus, admiring it, photographing it, writing about it, talking about it, and reciting it.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖的荷区共有24块，约150亩。西湖荷花以红色系为主。有西湖红莲、建德红莲、玄武湖红莲等。经历半个世纪的努力，已培育青萍寄香、印象西湖、黄龙吐翠、最忆是杭州和花欲香等百余种新品种。大千先生曾曰：“人品谁如花浩荡，文心可比藕玲珑。”意思是说若有人其人品、人格有如荷花那么“浩荡”，那么其文、其画之心，定即可比莲、藕那么锦绣玲珑。</p> <p class="ql-block">There are a total of 24 lotus areas in West Lake, covering about 150 mu. The lotus in West Lake is mainly red. There are West Lake red lotus, Jiande red lotus, Xuanwu Lake red lotus, and so on. After half a century of efforts, more than 100 new varieties have been cultivated, such as Qingping Jixiang, Impression West Lake, Huanglong Tuicui, Most Reminiscent of Hangzhou, and Hua Yuxiang. Mr. Da Qian once said, "A person's character is as vast as a lotus, and his literary heart is as delicate as a lotus root." This means that if someone's character and personality are as "vast" as a lotus, then his heart for writing and painting must be as beautiful and delicate as a lotus and a lotus root.</p> <p class="ql-block">荷区不远处，西湖北山路西冷桥南侧道，绿树掩映中，巍然耸立着一尊汉白玉雕全身塑像。头梳髻，上穿大襟唐装，下着百褶散裙，左手按腰，右手按剑，眼望西湖，英姿飒爽。那是我国近代女民主革命家秋谨的塑像。她不仅是一位寻求真理的革命先驱，而且还是一位近代文学史上的杰出诗人，她的人格和诗品似莲般高洁高贵。</p> <p class="ql-block">Not far from the Dutch Quarter, on the south side of Xieleng Bridge on the west bank of the West Lake Road, there stands a majestic full-body statue of white jade in the shade of green trees. The head is adorned with a bun, the upper body is dressed in a large-collar Tang suit, and the lower body is adorned with a pleated skirt. The left hand rests on the waist, and the right hand rests on the sword. The eyes gaze at the West Lake, exuding an air of elegance and grace. This is the statue of Qiu Jing, a modern female democratic revolutionary in China. She was not only a revolutionary pioneer seeking truth, but also an outstanding poet in the history of modern literature. Her personality and poetic style are as pure and noble as lotus.</p> <p class="ql-block">夏天的时光在荷田里流动。一湾清幽的水面，荡漾着柔柔的波痕；一塘娇羞的荷花，摇曳着亭亭的身姿。夏风款款飘来，佛过翠绿的荷塘，撩起了莲叶翩跹，似跳跃的青春少女活力十足。青石拱桥静立在桃柳依依的白堤和苏堤，近处是点点映红，斑斑绿叶，远处是连绵山峦，黛色参天；近处是波光潋滟，远处是霞光万道、夕阳西下。</p> <p class="ql-block">The time of summer flows in the lotus field. A quiet water surface ripples with gentle waves; a pond of shy lotus flowers sway with graceful posture. The summer breeze gently blows over the green lotus pond, rustling the lotus leaves, as if a young girl full of energy is jumping. The stone arch bridge stands quietly on the Peach and Willow-lined White Dam and Su Dam, with red dots and green leaves in the near distance, and continuous mountains in the far distance, with dark green towering trees; in the near distance, the water sparkles, and in the far distance, there are thousands of rays of sunlight and the setting sun.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖荷区的精华，浓缩于曲苑风荷。它位于西湖北山路西端的南侧，南宋时，此有一座官家酿酒的作坊，闻名国内。每当夏日风起，酒香荷香沁人心脾。与它仅一街之隔的正北面，是民族英雄岳飞的纪念庙宇。冥冥中，那酒香，不就是百姓送行岳飞与将士们的酒香吗？寄托着百姓的深情和期盼；那朵朵怒放的荷花，是百姓对岳飞一生精忠报国的崇高人格的敬仰和怀念。</p> <p class="ql-block">The essence of the lotus area in West Lake is condensed in Quyuan Fenghe. It is located on the south side of the western end of West Lake North Road. During the Southern Song Dynasty, there was a government-owned wine-making workshop that was famous throughout the country. Every summer, when the wind blows, the fragrance of wine and lotus is refreshing. Just one street north of it is the memorial temple of the national hero Yue Fei. In the haze, isn't that the fragrance of wine that the people send off Yue Fei and the soldiers? It embodies the deep feelings and expectations of the people; the blooming lotus flowers are the people's admiration and remembrance of Yue Fei's noble character of wholeheartedly serving the country.</p> <p class="ql-block">曲苑风荷栽培了上百个品种的荷花，莲叶田田，菡萏妖娆，人从桥上过，如在荷中行，人倚花姿，花映人面，花人俩相恋。孟夏，池里是翠翠嫩嫩的荷叶、浮萍和直直高低起伏的荷蕾；仲夏，池里的荷花绽放着，硕大的荷叶托着花儿；到了季夏，莲蓬朵朵，紧依的荷叶则开始变色、卷曲了。张艺谋导演的“印象西湖”演出就在曲苑风荷的水域上。</p> <p class="ql-block">Qu Yuan Fenghe has cultivated hundreds of varieties of lotus flowers. The lotus leaves are lush and the lotus flowers are beautiful. When people pass over the bridge, they feel as if they are walking among the lotus flowers. People lean on the flowers and the flowers reflect the faces of the people. The people and the flowers fall in love. In the middle of summer, the lotus leaves in the pond are green and tender, the duckweed is floating, and the lotus buds are high and low. In the late summer, the lotus flowers are blooming, and the large lotus leaves support the flowers. When it comes to the late summer, the lotus seeds are blooming, and the tightly attached lotus leaves start to change color and curl up. Zhang Yimou's "Impression of West Lake" performance takes place on the waters of Qu Yuan Fenghe.</p> <p class="ql-block">荷花定律似乎弹奏着夏天特有的成长节奏：“一个池子里的荷花，每天开放的速度是前一天的两倍，到第三十天，就能把一个池子开满。它告诉我们，要成功，必须先打好基础，才能厚积薄发，万事开头难，基础打好了，以后的前景会非常可观。难就难在很多人第一步都不想迈出去，热血两三天就放弃了，所以成功者便是少数。</p> <p class="ql-block">The lotus law seems to play the unique growth rhythm of summer: "The speed at which the lotus in a pond blooms every day is twice that of the previous day. By the 30th day, the pond will be full of lotus flowers. It tells us that to succeed, we must first lay a solid foundation, so that we can achieve great success in a short period of time. The first step is difficult, but once we have laid a solid foundation, the future will be very promising. The difficulty lies in the fact that many people do not want to take the first step, and they give up after two or three days of enthusiasm. Therefore, only a few people succeed.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖的季夏，是夏的巅峰，在阵阵雷鸣声中，城市犹如烧透了的窑房，又尤如沸水中蒸笼一般，热浪一阵阵袭来，闷热得让人透不过气来，着实让人有点烦躁不安，但转念间，心里却是美滋滋的，晨曦或傍晚，天边的云彩常常是通红的一片，像火烧过的一样，令人炫目；响午一场雷阵雨，带来了七色彩虹，令人欢喜不已；夜深人静，抬头看天空，流星雨偶尔划过，令人跃雀。</p> <p class="ql-block">In the summer of the West Lake, it is the peak of summer. In the sound of thunder, the city is like a kiln that has been fired, and like a steamer in boiling water. The heat waves come one after another, making people feel suffocated and a bit restless. But when you think about it, your heart is full of joy. In the early morning or evening, the clouds at the horizon are often red, like they have been burned, dazzling the eyes. At noon, a thunderstorm brings a rainbow of seven colors, making people very happy. At night, when it is quiet, looking up at the sky, sometimes shooting stars pass by, making people jump with joy.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖的季夏，有一种叫知了的精灵，从清晨到深夜，孜孜不倦的“吱—吱一”啸叫着，整齐划一地一声比一声高，感觉要冲破树梢、冲破云层，感觉要把整个夏天的声音填满了。知了一生曲折而短暂，没有人真正懂得知了的歌声，当然，也包括它自己。但它永远是那样天真、勇敢的大笑，愉快地歌唱。难怪有人把它当成励志故事，演化成另一种修行。</p> <p class="ql-block">In the summer of the West Lake, there is a kind of spirit called a cicada, which chirps incessantly from early morning to late at night, one after another, higher and higher, as if it wants to break through the treetops and the clouds, as if it wants to fill the whole summer with its voice. The cicada's life is winding and short, no one truly understands the cicada's song, of course, including itself. But it is always so naive and brave, laughing and singing happily. No wonder some people regard it as an inspirational story and evolve it into another kind of practice.</p> <p class="ql-block">夏日的风不像春风和煦缠绵，不像秋风萧瑟寒冷，也不像冬风的凛冽咆哮，夏天的风惬意凉爽，淘气轻松。夏天的风最爱在晨曦和夕阳西下后出来溜达，它轻轻的拂着杨柳、荷叶和湖水，它飘起女孩的裙摆，宛如朵朵花儿绽放；会飘起女孩的长发，如柳枝摆动婀娜多姿。夏天的风也会在烈日当空时偶尔来访，透过树枝的空隙，夹着炎炎的阳光，荫凉中有温存。</p> <p class="ql-block">The summer wind is not as gentle and lingering as the spring wind, not as cold and desolate as the autumn wind, nor as fierce and roaring as the winter wind. The summer wind is comfortable and cool, playful and light. The summer wind loves to come out after the morning sun and the setting sun. It gently brushes the willows, lotus leaves, and the lake water. It lifts the girl's skirt, like blooming flowers; it lifts the girl's long hair, like willow branches swaying gracefully. The summer wind will occasionally visit during the scorching sun, through the gaps of the branches, with the scorching sun, with warmth in the shade.</p> <p class="ql-block">夏日的天空，云卷云舒，浮云苍狗，变幻无常。那云儿忽而薄如蝉翼，忽而如绵软丝缕，忽而和太阳捉迷藏。儿时看云，看的只是一种纯真无邪的幻想，恍若自己也要飞入云中变成云的模样；而今看云，看的是一种百感交集的心境：那脚下广阔无垠的大地，那绵延不绝的时空，那聚散离合的缘来缘往。夏日的天空，辽阔悠远，从容淡定，不卑不亢，从不迷失自我。</p> <p class="ql-block">The summer sky is cloudy, cloudy, and unpredictable. The cloud was now as thin as a cicada's wing, now as soft as a ribbon, and now hidden from the sun. When I was a child looking at the cloud, I saw it as an innocuous fantasy, as if I were going to fly into the cloud and become the cloud. Now look at the clouds, see a mixed state of mind: the foot of the vast expanse of the earth, the endless time and space, the Home and Away clutch to the edge. The summer sky is vast and distant, serene, humble, and never lost in itself.</p> <p class="ql-block">西湖的美是流动的，不同的季节展现出不同的姿态。用心观察就能捕捉它的某个瞬间、某个片段，它可能短暂停留在一花一草中，又可能聚合在山水之间，还有自然和人文的相互映衬。西湖的夏天，充满生命勃发的美，有孟夏的发力，仲夏的聚集，季夏的冲刺，明显可以感受到万物成长的韵律，还有，那扑面而来的热烈氛围，刚强无畏的精气神。</p> <p class="ql-block">The beauty of West Lake is flowing, and it shows different attitudes in different seasons. If you pay attention, you can capture a moment or a fragment of it. It may linger in a flower or grass, or it may gather in the mountains and rivers, and there is also the interplay between nature and culture. In the summer of West Lake, there is a beauty of vigorous growth, with the power of midsummer, the gathering of mid-summer, and the sprint of late summer.
