Neighbors were burglarized every three days, and mice ran around day and night. The entire community looked like a rotten Rongrong, with an indelible musty smell in the air. There is a lot of garbage piled up in front and behind the house, and people cover their mouths and noses tightly when they walk over.

The architectural style of the renovated Yongqing Square is unique, mainly featuring Lingnan architecture, integrating elements of Chinese and Western architecture. In addition, Yongqingfang also has many ancient trees and famous trees with a long history, which not only adds a strong historical atmosphere to this ancient block.

In just two years, this place has been transformed from a declining old neighborhood to a convenient window for quickly experiencing the traditional culture of Guangfu - exquisite Cantonese enamel ware, exquisite Cantonese embroidery, weeping ghosts and gods like Chaozhou golden lacquer wood carvings, as well as the traditional Guangfu residence Xiguan Mansion and Cantonese opera, which became a world intangible cultural heritage as early as 2009... all of them are here.
Yongqingfang is not only a historical and cultural scenic area in Guangzhou, but also a vibrant modern commercial district.
