font-size: 22px;">寒食东风御柳斜。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">日暮汉宫传蜡烛，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">轻烟散入五侯家。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;"> 清明将至，春雨连绵，还有多少人，记得今天是寒食节呢？</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">寒食节，亦称“禁烟节”、“冷节”、“百五节”。在夏历冬至后一百零五日，清明节前一或二日。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">在这一日，禁烟火，只吃冷食，所以叫做“寒食节”。在后世的发展中逐渐增加了祭扫、踏青、秋千、蹴鞠、牵勾、斗卵等风俗。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">因为和清明节距离较近，所以后世逐渐把这两个节日合并在一起度过，时至今日，中国传统节日寒食节已被很多人淡忘。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">作为曾经的民间第一大祭日，寒食节有它自己的特点和意义，今天，云水间就和大家聊聊这个不应被遗忘的节日吧。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">二、</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">01、寒食节起源</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;"> 春秋时期，晋国公子重耳为躲避祸乱而流亡他国长达十九年，大臣介子推始终追随左右、不离不弃，甚至“割股啖君”。</span><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">重耳励精图治，成为一代名君”晋文公“。</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">但介子推不求利禄，与母亲归隐绵山，晋文公为了迫其出山相见而下令放火烧山，介子推坚决不出山、最终被火焚而死。</span><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">晋文公感念忠臣之志，将其葬于绵山，修祠立庙，并下令在介子推死难之日禁火寒食，以寄哀思，这就是“寒食节”的由来。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">三、</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">02、寒食节习俗：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">1、禁烟冷食</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">寒食节古代也叫“禁烟节”，这天，为了纪念介子推，家家户户禁止生火，都吃冷食。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">苏轼的《望江南·超然台作》中的</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">“且将新火试新茶”，说的就是寒食之后诗人煮茶的行为。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">2、拜扫祭祖</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">寒食节扫墓祭祖在南北朝到唐前被视为“野祭”。唐代编入《开元礼》“卷第八十七·王公以下拜扫（寒食拜扫附）”中，成为官方认同并倡导的吉礼之一。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">后演变为皇家祭陵；官府祭孔庙、祭先贤；百姓上坟等。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">3、插柳标明</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;"> 柳为寒食节象征之物，原为怀念介之推追求政治清明之意。 早在南北朝《荆楚岁时记》就有“江淮间寒食日家家折柳插门”的记载，安徽、苏州等地还盛行戴芥花，佩麦叶来代替柳枝。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">趁着天气正好，春风和煦，叫上亲朋好友，去踏春吧。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">5、乐荡秋千</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">秋千原为古代寒食节宫廷女子游乐项目。五代王仁裕</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">《开元天宝遗事》载“天宝宫中至寒食节竟竖秋千，令宫嫔辈戏笑以为宴乐。帝呼为半仙之戏，都中士民因而呼之”。宋代宰相文彦博诗</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">《寒食日过龙门》，诗中描写为</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;"> “</span><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">桥边杨柳垂青线，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">林立秋千挂彩绳。</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">”</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">五、</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">6、聚众蹴球</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">盛行于唐，宋《文献通考》载：“</span><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">蹴球，盖始于唐。植两修竹，高数丈，络网于上，为门以度球，球工分左右朋，以角胜负。</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">”唐德宗、宪宗、穆宗、敬宗都喜蹴球，《州府元龟》载：“唐德宗贞元十二年二月寒食节帝御麒殿之东亭，观武臣及勋戚子弟会球，兼赐宰臣宴馔。”</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">7、 借物咏诗</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">寒食节时，文人们或思乡念亲，或借景生情，感慨尤多，灵感顿生，诗兴大发，咏者甚多。据查，仅《全唐诗》就有唐玄宗、张说、杜甫、韩愈、柳宗元等名人名家诗词三百余首，宋金元词曲也有一百余首，成为中国诗歌艺术中一枝奇葩。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">03寒食饮食</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">寒食节，家家户户禁止生火，都吃冷食。于是发展出很多冷食样式：比如青团，寒食粥，寒食面，寒食浆，子推馍、青精饭等等。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">01 寒食粥</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">简单来说，在寒食节前一天熬煮的粥，都可以称为“寒食粥”。粥品也种类繁多，人们较常食用的，比如：大米粥，杂粮粥，大麦粥，梅花粥，杨花粥，桃花粥等。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">02 寒食面</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">寒食面，一般都是用荞麦面条做成。因为面要前一天煮好，到第二天再淋上冷的酱料直接吃，这就要求面要经久耐放。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">六、</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">03 青精饭</b><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 22px;">青精饭，又称乌米饭，是江苏地区的特色点心，也是寒食节常吃的食物之一。李时珍《本草纲目》卷中有这样的记载：“此饭乃仙家服食之法，而今释家多于四月八日造之，以供佛。”</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25);
