For example. fish is an dispersable dish, because the Chinere Charactars for "fish" and “surplus' sound the same.</p><p class="ql-block"> In many places in China, dumplings is also an important delicacy, for the reason that it symbolizes health and good luck.</p> Lantern Festival <p class="ql-block"> Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the first lunar month, which marks the end of Chinese New Year. </p><p class="ql-block"> People believe that the round shape of the balls and the bowls，in which they are served symbolize family togetherness.</p><p class="ql-block"> In northern China,they are called yuanxiao while in southern part they're named tangyuan.</p><p class="ql-block"> And also, we can find Yuanxiao with both swveet and salt.</p> Dragon Boat Festival <p class="ql-block"> Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional Chinese festival that falls on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. It is also known as Duanwu Festival. </p><p class="ql-block"> On this day, people eat zongzi. It is made by wrapping glutinous rice, along with a variety of fillings such as pork, peanuts, and preserved eggs, in bamboo leaves and then steaming them. Zongzi has a sweet and savory flavor and a soft, sticky texture.</p> Mid-Autumn Festival <p class="ql-block"> Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month. </p><p class="ql-block"> Mooncakes are the most representative food for Mid-Autumn Festival. Their round shape and sweet flavor symbolize completeness and sweetness. At the Mid-Autumn Festival, people eat mooncakes together with family, or present mooncakes to relatives or friends, to express their love and best wishes.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p>
