Mid -Autumn Festival
The Mid-Autumn Festival on August 15 is a traditional festival in my country. It symbolizes the yearning and love of the ancient Chinese people for a better life. This is where the story of Chang'e flying to the moon comes from. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, our family gathers to eat moon cakes and admire the moon. This is a family reunion day. Sometimes we also walk hand in hand with our family in the dim lights with rabbit lanterns, which is quite Mid-Autumn atmosphere.
National Day
National Day is a traditional festival in our country. October 1st is the day when our country's new China was founded. It symbolizes that the Chinese people have finally stood up, and the Chinese people have finally turned over and become masters. This is a good day for the whole country to be united. It is the motherland, and it is a day that the people love and admire in their hearts. On this day, some Chinese people will line up in front of Tiananmen Square at three or four o'clock in the morning, and officially start watching the flag raising at six o'clock. This is a very proud moment. I believe every Chinese people will always remember this day. And will look forward to this day in the next year.
