In order to his son's interest, his father Chen Wanqin unconditionally supported, at first guided Chen Ye through video to practice various movements, and later took his son to different places to communicate with high-level skaters.

With Chen Ye emerging in the national competition, in order to help his son better prepare for the 2021 Shaanxi National Games, Chen Playqin even created an exclusive bowl field in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province. As the youngest skater to participate in the Shaanxi National Games, Chen Ye finally won the runner-up. After contact with more venues, Chen Ye's level is improving day by day. In order to meet his son's daily training needs, Chen Duqin demolished the original venue and built a larger and more professional skateboarding venue this year.

In the last two seasons, in addition to training at his own skateboarding venue and receiving guidance from his father, Chen Ye also entered the Chinese skateboarding training team through the trials and participated in the Olympic points competition held abroad. During the Asian Games concentrated preparation period, under the guidance of the national team coach, Chen Ye's competition routes and actions were rich, and finally stood on the highest podium.

In Chen Ye's view, the impact of the Paris Olympic Games qualification is still very difficult. When asked how to overcome this difficulty, Chen Ye told the Beijing News reporter, "From a technical point of view, my current speed and height are not enough, and the ability to adapt to the site needs to be strengthened." In the future training, I will try to fly higher, increase speed faster, overcome psychological barriers, ski more fields and improve adaptability."
