　　王仕军，世界文化名人，世界文化交流伟大贡献奖得主，世界文化大使勋章获得者，世界名人研究院终身荣誉院士，副院长，联合国教科文卫组织专家成员，中国科技教育专家、经济学家。中国科协第八、九届全国委员会委员。中国科协中促会书记、常务理事长兼秘书长。中国人民解放军总后勤部汉中军需工业专科学校原书记、校长。1966年1月出生，1983年7月高中毕业，同年9月考入中国西安理工大学(原陕西机械学院)机械工程系“机械制造的工艺及设备专业”大学本科学习。在校期间，担任校学生会主席、校团委副书记、陕西省学联主席团副主席、陕西省团委基层工作部副部长、中华全国学生联合会委员、中华全国青年联合会委员、大学生科技开发中心总经理、大学生《实践与论坛》编辑部总编。1987年7月毕业留校任教，中共党员，现国家一级教授职称（院士），陕西省汉中市人。

1. 1983年9月-1987年7月在中国西安理工大学机械工程系“机械制造的工艺及设备专业”大学本科学习，获工学学士学位。在此期间，同时获得中国西安理工大学工商管理系“工商企业管理”专业本科学历并获“管理学”学士学位。

2. 1993年9月-1996年7月在中国人民解放军西安政治学院“经济管理”专业本科学习，获经济学学士学位。

3. 2001年9月-2004年7月在中国人民解放军西安政治学院“法律”专业本科学习，获法学学士学位。

二. 任职简历

1.1987年7月-1989年9月留校中国西安理工大学机械工程系机械制造工艺教研室担任助教，其中，1987年9月-1989年7月在职硕士研究生进修班学习。

2.1989年7月-1991年6月在中国宁夏大河机床厂中国衍磨机床研究所科研室担任设计员、主管设计员、室副主任、主任，工程师。

3.1991年6月-1991年12月借调中国宁夏回族自治区重工业厅科技处工作。

4.1991年12月-1993年6月调任中国陕西汉中仪表厂(中国人民解放军某部军工厂)研究所所长，技术副厂长，高级工程师。

5.1993年6月-1994年11月中国人民解放军某部某学院担任军地两用人才专科学校副校长，教授。

6.1994年11月-2013年3月历任中国人民解放军总后勤部西安军需工业学校校长助理，副校长；中国人民解放军总后勤部汉中军需工业学校校长、党委书记兼校团委书记、法人。中国陕西科技大学(普通高校)汉中继续教育学院院长、书记、教授(联合办学)；中国西安理工大学工商管理学院汉中分院理事会理事长，书记(联合办学经济类)；中国人民解放军空军工程大学(GCT)工程硕士陕南教学区负责人(联合办学工程类硕士研究生学历教育)并兼任三所大学客座教授。

7.2013年3月1日至今担任中国科协中国国际经济技术合作促进会党总支书记(专职)，常务理事长兼秘书长(全日制驻会工作)。

Former Secretary and Principal of Hanzhong Military Supplies Industrial College, General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army of China. Born in January 1966, graduated from high school in July 1983, and was admitted to the Mechanical Engineering Department of Xi'an University of Technology (formerly Shaanxi University of Machinery) in September of the same year to study the undergraduate program of "Mechanical Manufacturing Technology and Equipment". During my time in school, I served as the Chairman of the Student Union, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Vice Chairman of the Presidium of the Shaanxi Provincial Student Union, Vice Minister of the Grassroots Work Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Youth League Committee, Member of the All China Student Union, Member of the All China Youth Federation, General Manager of the University Student Science and Technology Development Center, and Editor in Chief of the Editing Department of the Practice and Forum for College Students. Graduated in July 1987 and stayed on campus as a teacher. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently holds the national first-class professor title (academician). I Study resume

1. From September 1983 to July 1987, I studied at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Xi'an University of Technology in China, majoring in "Mechanical Manufacturing Technology and Equipment", and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. From March 1, 2013 to present, he has served as the Secretary of the General Party Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (full-time), Executive Chairman and Secretary General (full-time resident work).
