font-size: 20px;">每当夜深人静</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">我在想，教育究竟是什么？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">它太熟悉又太平常，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">无非是教书育人，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">上学又放学，上课又下课。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">年复一年，始终循环。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">可是想起来，教育又不是片言只语能说清楚的事儿。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">一个人的成长，是性格？还是命运？还是教育？又是谁教育？怎样教育？太多，太多……</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">我毕业于普通专科师范，我只是一名普通人民教师，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">但在我人生经历的教育中，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">又有太多激发了我在思考教育……</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">在远离城镇的小山村，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">勤劳朴实的爸妈教会了我好好干农活，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">放牛，拔草，砍柴，挑水，摘菜……</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">小学读书，每天只是疯玩，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">戏水，抓鱼，玩泥巴，捉迷藏，甚至逃课，打纸牌……</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">12岁前，好像一切与学习绝缘，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">我每天艰难的行走在家乡泥泞不堪的土路上，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">有时突然在想，大人在闲聊时说，我们几个娃娃中会出个飞行员哦。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">我不时在想，会是我吗？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">村小刚来的胡老师，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">板书漂亮又很可亲，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">鼓励我，带我去镇上数学比赛，没有名次，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">但我体味到了第一次坐公交车，第一次吃肉包子还有甜甜的豆浆，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">还有小马老师，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">带着我们爬上学校的后山上，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">看着青山绿水，揭岭飞泉，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">说以后我们这里是优美的风景区旅游地。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">记得五年级，我自己用五羊单车驮着干柴送去学校，路上反复洒脱，摔着，泪着颠簸前行……</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">有一天，我不知不觉间冒出个念头：我一定要成为村里的第一个大学生。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">村里在放电影，我每次写完了作业再看，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">二伯父说，你考上重点高中，我的梅花牌手表奖你，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">村医说，你考上大学，我奖你二百元……</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">在求学路上，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">这些普通而珍贵的东西不时激励我前进，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">在中学阶段，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">罗校长每次学生大会上必表扬我，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">校园的果树每天傍晚你都浇水，劳动可嘉啊</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">有一次被几个同学凑去外面偷看电视剧济公传。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">有窗口的宿舍全封了，我们只能在门口蹲着不敢出声，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 20px;">老师把我们教育到十一点，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);
