山野幽居-林月居，被葱茏大树包裹着，被竹子、藤条、青石、白墙装点着。林月居里，有音乐、有书本，有茶汤、有莳花，有微风、有细雨，有欢声、有细语，有至亲、有好友。春日的晨曦，在鸟鸣声中醒来；夏日的正午，在知了声中闭目养神；秋日的夜晚，在桂子的薰香中进入梦乡；冬日的响午，围炉品茶，冬藏养生。入住林月居，是这么的愉悦、自在、欢喜。

立春早起，推窗望去，满窗的绿映入眼帘，有鸟儿在欢声，有积雪在飘落。东边树梢端，一轮红日跃起，那么的耀眼和温暖，光芒撒向树林里的枝叶和花草。透过树梢，似乎波光粼粼，那是春江水在舞蹈闪烁着。立春，万物生。破冰而生，破土而生，破壳而生，破自我而生。冲破阻碍你的，冲破保护你的，冲破建构你的。所有的冲突，只要昂着头，向着光，就是一种新生。

It was the spring water that danced. The Beginning of Spring, everything is born. Break ice to live, break the earth to live, crack the shell to live, and break myself to live. Break through those who hold you back, break through those that protect you, break through the ones that build you. All conflicts, simply holding their head up to the light, are a form of rebirth.

轻启木门，一阵阵清香随风而来，那是藏了一冬草木的味道，是睡了一冬泥土的味道，是盛开着的梅花的味道，是竹林里竹叶散发的味道。一根青皮的竹节，安放在门里的大水缸上，竹节旁淡粉的花朵，在笑迎着有缘人。仔细看，蓝天、树枝、嫩叶，还有笑脸，全被倒影在水缸里。此刻，天地、草木、竹节、花朵、水和人，全被这只水缸，相亲相爱在这初春美好的时光里。

I gently opened the wooden door, and a wave of fragrance came with the wind. It was the smell of grass and trees that had been hidden all winter, the smell of soil that had been sleeping all winter, the smell of blooming plum blossoms, and the smell of bamboo leaves scattered in the bamboo forest. A green bamboo joint was placed on the big water jar inside the door. The pale pink flowers next to the bamboo joint were smiling at those who had a chance to meet. If you look closely, the blue sky, branches, tender leaves, and smiling faces are all reflected in the water jar. At this moment, heaven and earth, grass and trees, bamboo joints, flowers, water, and people are all in love with each other in this beautiful springtime.

移步换景，重拾台阶，便是林月居的院子。带着清香的微风还有那么一丝清冷，丝滑嫩绿的苔藓，在水的滋润下，是那么的禅意满满。还有色彩斑斓的花朵，饱经沧桑的竹节，都笑眯眯地在迎接着有缘人的到来。初春的阳光淡淡的、柔柔的，它落在石级上、地面上、墙壁上、桌椅上，甚至落在宽大的芭蕉叶上，便出现了无数幅极美的影子图，微风吹过，影子图居然还会跳舞。

Changing scenery, taking the steps again, is the courtyard of Lin Yue Ju. With the fragrance of the breeze and a touch of coldness, the smooth and tender green moss, under the nourishment of water, is full of Zen. There are also colorful flowers, weathered bamboo joints, all smiling and welcoming the arrival of those with good fortune. The early spring sunshine is gentle and soft, falling on the stone steps, the ground, the walls, the tables and chairs, and even on the broad banana leaves, creating countless beautiful shadow pictures. When the wind blows, the shadow pictures even dance.

听，这是春雨的声音，落在石头上肯定，落在泥土上温情，落在绿叶上俏皮，落在你身上，会翻动你的记忆。山朦胧了双眼，水澎湃着感情，连石头都有了潮湿的心。大地上每一处水洼，都可以奏出美妙的乐音。听，你细细地听，春雨是万物共通的语言，宣讲着关于生命的起因。雨过的山舒展了，雨过的河开怀了，春雨滋润过的痕迹，是一片青草地。

Listen, you listen carefully, the spring rain is the common language of all things, preaching about the origin of life. After the rain, the mountains stretch out, the rivers open their hearts, and the traces of the spring rain are a green meadow.

春姑娘欣欣然、笑盈盈地来到了林月居，带着春风儿、雨珠儿，还跟着柳絮儿、蒲公英，热热闹闹的来了。三月沥沥的细雨，一丝丝飘落在窗前屋后，轻吻着扎根泥土的花花草草，轻抚着高悬树上的片片翠叶。吃饱喝足了的花儿、叶儿，开始齐刷刷地疯长，尖叫嘻哈着比高矮，像极了一群活蹦乱跳的孩童们。春三月，把我的心都撩动了起来，好想似蝴蝶一般舞起来、飞起来。

The spring girl came to Lin Yue Ju with a cheerful and smiling face, bringing the spring breeze, rain drops, and willow catkins and dandelions. The drizzling rain in March fell gently on the windowsill and behind the house, lightly kissing the flowers and grass that had taken root in the soil, and lightly caressing the green leaves hanging on the trees. The flowers and leaves that had eaten and drunk enough began to grow wildly, screaming and jumping, like a group of lively children. In the spring of March, my heart was stirred up, and I wanted to dance and fly like a butterfly.

林月居，是看得见十万棵树，看得见十亿万片叶子的地方。大多数的树，常年是绿的，只不过深浅不同罢了。春天，嫩绿的叶子落满枝桠；夏天，翠绿的叶子生机勃发。关于绿的颜色，除了嫩绿、翠绿、碧绿和深绿，还有许多精细的划分和美丽的名字：霖耕绿、嫩芽绿、粽竹绿、水荷绿、浅幽绿、青荣绿、孔雀绿和浅沧绿等。绿，是盎然生命之色，它是大自然的骄傲和浪漫。

Lin Yueju is a place where you can see 100,000 trees and 100 million leaves. Most of the trees are green all year round, just with different shades. In spring, tender green leaves cover the branches; in summer, lush green leaves are full of vitality. Besides the shades of green, there are many fine divisions and beautiful names: Lin Geng Green, Tender Bud Green, Zongzhu Green, Water Lotus Green, Shallow Deep Green, Qingrong Green, Peacock Green, and Shallow Azure Green. Green is the vibrant color of life, it is the pride and romance of nature.

林月居的四周，有许多上百年的樟树，它们四季常青，蓬蓬勃勃。喜欢这绿色的叶，虽然最终也会凋落，但总坚持到新叶长出才悄然离去。敬仰这粗糙的树干，是它默默孕育着这一片绿。樟树还会开出小花，点缀在两片叶子中间，纯纯白白的，悄悄然生怕喧宾夺主。它超凡脱俗，犹如仙子在一片绿绿的草原上袅袅拂袖，舞动着白裙。其香淡雅幽清，令人心旷神怡，如醉如痴。

There are many hundreds-year-old camphor trees around Lin Yue Ju, which are evergreen and vigorous all year round. I like these green leaves, although they will eventually fall, but they always wait until new leaves grow before quietly leaving. I admire the rough trunk of the camphor tree, which silently nurtures this green. Camphor trees also bloom small flowers, which are tucked between two leaves, pure white, quietly afraid of overshadowing the host. It is ethereal, like a fairy swaying her sleeves on a green grassland, dancing with a white dress. Its fragrance is light, elegant, and pure, making people feel refreshed and intoxicated.

决定人生高度的不是热闹中的繁华，而是独处时的从容。那年春，参加了易玺导师开办的禅舞培训班，开启了自己“以舞悟禅，以禅明心。”的修为之旅。寻觅天地山水的正和大气，吸收天地山水的柔情灵性。修练了自己的敬畏之心、谦卑之心、慈悲之心和感恩之心。并从思想认识落实到行动，时时觉察修正旧的陋习，逐渐养成了不受情绪干忧、外缘牵行的自在安宁的生活方式。

It is not the bustling in the crowd that determines the height of one's life, but the calmness in solitude. In that spring, I participated in the Zen Dance Training Course held by Yi Xi's mentor, which began my journey of "understanding Zen through dance and clarifying my mind through Zen." I sought the harmony and grandeur of heaven and earth, absorbing the tenderness and spirituality of heaven and earth. I cultivated my sense of awe, humility, compassion, and gratitude. I also translated my understanding into action, constantly observing and correcting my old habits, gradually forming a free and peaceful lifestyle that is not disturbed by emotions or external influences.

决定人生宽度的不是忙碌中的成就，而是独处时有趣的灵魂。那年夏，有缘结识了一位名叫钱群英的奇女子，她种茶制茶、弄草弄花，用茶韵花香，去触摸和探知自然四季。她以茶会友，籍茶载道；以花聚友，籍花载道。后来，参加了她开办的茶道莳花培训班，有缘结识了茶道高人蓝彬老师和莳花非遗传人赵煜老师，开启了自己“以茶悟禅，以花悟禅，以禅明心。”的修为之旅。

It is not the achievements in a busy life that determine the breadth of life, but the interesting soul in solitude. That summer, I had the chance to meet a wonderful woman named Qian Yingqiong. She grew tea, made tea, and played with grass and flowers. She used the charm of tea and the fragrance of flowers to touch and explore the four seasons of nature. She met friends with tea and carried the way with tea; she gathered friends with flowers and carried the way with flowers. Later, I participated in her tea ceremony and flower cultivation training class, and had the chance to meet the tea ceremony master Lan Bin and the flower cultivation inheritor Zhao Yu. I began my journey of cultivating my mind with tea, flowers, and Zen.

夏日是天地相交最热的时候，是万物生长最旺的时候，也是人们养心最好的时候。夏日是写满美好的季节，明媚的阳光、绿得发亮的叶子，高洁的菡萏，还有动人的云朵、彩虹和火烧云。那年夏，和姐妹们组建了杭州爱心姐妹团，自筹经费20多万，募捐50多万，分别为二所养老院的长者和一所特殊学校的孩子献上爱心。还参加了杭州青之蓝艺术团的声乐学习和公益活动。

Summer is the hottest time when heaven and earth intersect, when all things grow the most vigorously, and when people best cultivate their minds. Summer is a season full of beauty, with bright sunshine, green leaves that shine like emeralds, pure lotus flowers, and moving clouds, rainbows, and fire-colored clouds. That summer, together with my sisters, we formed the Hangzhou Sisterly Love Group, self-financing more than 200,000 yuan and raising more than 500,000 yuan to show our love for the elders in two nursing homes and the children in a special school. We also participated in vocal learning and public activities with the Hangzhou Blue Youth Art Group.

夏日梅季的雨，叭啦叭啦，似那楞头的毛小伙，闷闷的，但充满朝气和力量。行走在九溪的山路上，雨落在叶上、伞上，落在溪中、路上、更是落在心上，声音是那么的和谐美妙。雨滴落在枝叶，转着圈儿在舞蹈；雨滴落在小溪，荡起水波叮咚响。雨后的茶园，轻轻盈盈；雨后的山峦，烟雾缭绕。红尘之外的这片净土，滋养了陌上的花草，让人都有把心掏出来洗涤的冲动。

The rain in the summer melon season, splashing and splashing, is like a rough-haired young man, gloomy but full of vigor. Walking on the mountain road of Jiuxi, the rain falls on the leaves and umbrellas, on the stream, on the road, and even on the heart. The sound is so harmonious and beautiful. The raindrops fall on the branches and leaves, dancing in circles; the raindrops fall on the small stream, making the water waves ring. After the rain, the tea garden is gentle and light; after the rain, the mountains are shrouded in mist. This pure land beyond the red dust nourishes the flowers and grass on the roadside, making people have the impulse to wash their hearts.

林月居的夏日，天亮得早。卯时，东方便开始泛白，阳光从云层后面慢慢直射过来，给云层镶上了金边，自有一种庄重中透出的华丽风采。鸟儿们起得早，茂繁的树木成了它们天然的演唱厅，独唱、二重唱和小合唱，此起彼伏。辰时开始，演唱厅的主角变成了知了，知了爱大合唱，唱得高昂，大声和热闹。黄昏，当最后一抹霞光退去，便是知了和各类虫儿的对抗赛，慢慢的，声音愈来愈弱，是虫儿们要睡觉了。

In the summer of Lin Yueju, the dawn comes early. At the first hour of the day, the east begins to turn white, and the sunlight slowly shines straight from behind the clouds, giving the clouds a golden edge, with a dignified and splendid appearance. The birds wake up early, and the lush trees become their natural concert hall. Solos, duets, and small choruses rise and fall. At the first hour, the main character of the concert hall becomes the cicada. The cicada loves to sing in a chorus, singing loudly and boisterously. At dusk, when the last ray of sunlight fades away, it is the cicada and various insects' competition. Slowly, the sound becomes weaker and weaker, as the insects are about to go to sleep.

林月居，是看得见十万棵树，看得见十亿万片叶子的地方。多数的树，常年是绿的。也有一些树，到了秋冬，颜色会变化。那硕大伟岸的梧桐、水杉和枫香，它们的叶子，会由春夏的嫩绿和翠绿，变成秋的黄色和褐色。有时候，同一棵树上的不同叶子，甚至同一片叶子，也会有不同颜色，有的已变色，有的还没变色，黄绿、黄褐相间，尤其在阳光下，一闪一闪实在好看。

Lin Yueju is a place where you can see 100,000 trees and 100 million leaves. Most of the trees are green all year round. Some trees change color in autumn and winter. The large and majestic paulownia, water cypress, and osmanthus leaves will change from the tender green and emerald green of spring and summer to the yellow and brown of autumn. Sometimes, different leaves on the same tree, or even the same leaf, can have different colors. Some have already changed color, while others have not. The yellow and green, yellow and brown, especially in the sunlight, are really beautiful.

春夏，绿色系列是主角；到了秋冬，有了黄色系列和赤色系列的加入，树木变得五彩缤纷了。关于黄的颜色，除了淡黄、嫩黄、深黄、棕色等，还有许多美丽的名字：琉璃黄、松花黄、梧华黄、后土黄和葵扇黄。关于赤的颜色，除了淡红、深红、枣红，也有许多美丽的的名字：缨帛赤、苍萱赤、桃雅赤、掩瑕赤、檀砂赤和深枣赤。黄是天地间之尊色，赤是太阳光明之色，它们都是大自然的骄傲和浪漫。

As for the yellow color, in addition to light yellow, tender yellow, deep yellow, and brown, there are many beautiful names: crystal yellow, osmanthus yellow, wu hua yellow, hou tu yellow, and kiwi fan yellow. As for the red color, in addition to light red, deep red, jujube red, there are also many beautiful names: silk cloth red, celandine red, peach elegant red, concealment red, sandalwood red, and deep jujube red. Yellow is the noble color of heaven and earth, and red is the bright color of the sun. They are the pride and romance of nature.

立秋后，林月居变得更香了。屋外是草木香、荷花香、桂花香，还有稻谷香、水果香，这是收获的季节，幸福的季节。屋内也是香的，青瓷瓶里，插着几支荷花、荷叶和莲蓬；茶桌的茶盏边，撤着一把金灿灿的桂子；竹蓝里，摆满黄澄澄的玉环文旦。它们全是香的，入心的，入竹藤的心，入我的心。要积攒怎样的福徳，才配拥有如此的美好，此刻此景，感恩之情由然而生。

After the Beginning of Autumn, Lin Yueju became more fragrant. Outside, there is the smell of grass, lotus and cinnamon, as well as the smells of rice and fruit. It is the season of harvest, the season of bliss. The house was also very scented. In a celadon bottle, there were several lotus flowers, lotus leaves and lotus springs. Beside the tea table was a handful of golden cinnamon; In the bamboo blue, the moon was covered with yellow jade rings. They are all incense, in the heart, in the bamboo heart, in my heart. What kind of blessings have to be accumulated to be worthy of such beauty, and in this moment, gratitude is born.

生活在秋天里，感觉自己的心，如那澄澈的蓝天一样单纯、清远。树上的叶子已不再是往日嫩绿绿的模样，开始慢慢枯萎凋零。桂子开始飘落，黄澄澄的一片，落满屋前屋后，小心翼翼地把它们拾起。茶桌上，水灵嫩绿的铜钱草，与莲蓬欢语着，与桂子亲吻着，与落花生呢喃着，与铁茶壶相拥着。集自然的清新和纯正，集山野的悠然和灵性，这便是林月居的可爱之处。

Life in the autumn, feel his heart, such as the clear blue sky as pure, Qingyuan. The leaves on the tree were no longer the young green ones they used to be, and they began to wilt and fade. The laurel began to fall, a yellowish patch of it falling in front and back of the house, and carefully picked them up. On the tea table, copper cashew plants, bright and green, whispered with lotus blossoms, kissed with laurel, murmured with peanuts, and hugged with the iron teapot. Combined with the freshness and purity of nature, the serenity and spirituality of the mountains, this is the lovely thing about the Wood and Moon House.

《素问·四气调神大论》说“冬三月，此谓闭藏，水冰地拆，无扰乎阳”。冬天，自然里的草木要收敛，要收藏。残花枯叶与大地相拥，种子深深扎根泥土里，期待着春天再开花长叶。冬天，人也要收敛，要收藏，要养精蓄锐。春夏秋的五公里快走，改成了打坐和八段锦，读书、思考、写美篇。邀上三五知友，围炉品茶，谈天说地。暖暖的小屋，暖暖的话语，让人的心也暖暖的。

"In the four seasons, during the three months of winter, it is said to be the season of closing and storing. The water freezes and the earth thaws, so do not disturb the Yang." In winter, the plants and trees in nature should be restrained and stored. The withered flowers and fallen leaves embrace the earth, and the seeds deeply root in the soil, waiting for the spring to bloom and grow leaves. In winter, people should also be restrained, stored, and nourished. The five-kilometer fast walk in spring, summer, and autumn has been changed to meditation and the Eight-Section Brocade, reading, thinking, and writing beautiful essays. Invite three or five friends, gather around the stove, drink tea, and talk about everything. The warm little house, the warm words, make people's hearts warm.

岁终的大寒，虽然有着极致寒冷，却是最能捕捉到潜藏的春意。四周的树，变深、变稀疏了，一些树的叶子，已飘零得所剩无几，偶尔看到枯枝上几片嫩嫩的叶，几朵嫩嫩的花，让人惊喜。被雪轻抚过的九溪茶园里，有鲜红的山茶花蕾，深黄磬口的蜡梅花。雪的下面，有冷绿的青苔、菖蒲和杂草。高高的杉树，裹着雪团，倔强地昂首挺胸着。涌动着的生机，预示着春天即将到来。

The Greater Cold at the end of the year, although it is extremely cold, can best capture the hidden spring. The trees around them were getting deeper and sparser. Some of the leaves of some trees had fallen away to nothing. It was pleasant to see a few young leaves and some young flowers on a dead branch. In the nine streams tea gardens, softly stroked by snow, there are bright red camellia buds and waxed plums with deep yellow ears. Under the snow, there were cold green mosses, beets and weeds. The tall fir tree, wrapped in snow, held its head stubbornly high. The surge of life heralds the coming of spring.

太阳一点点的升起，一点点的落下；花儿一朵朵的绽放，一瓣瓣的落下；稻谷一点点的长大，一点点的成熟。我看我的书，也是一点点的看，一点点的记。《道德经》、《黄帝内经》和《谈文学》是我的最爱，风吹到那页就看那页，手翻到那页就看那页，心被那页打动了就反复看那页，默默的思考，仿佛又开悟聪明了一点点。书本，就像一盏灯一束光，照亮了路、温暖了心。

The sun rises little by little and sets little by little; the flowers bloom one by one and fall one by one; the rice grows little by little and matures little by little. I read my books little by little, remembering little by little. "Tao Te Ching," "Huangdi Neijing," and "Talking about Literature" are my favorites. When the wind blows to that page, I read that page; when my hand turns to that page, I read that one. When my heart is moved by that page, I repeatedly read that page, silently thinking, as if I have gained a little more wisdom. Books are like a lamp and a light, illuminating the road and warming the heart.

我泡我的茶，一点点的泡，一点点的品尝回味。禅意的茶室里，画与花互相衬托，彼此成全。烧水、洗盏、取茶、注水，翻滚、舒展、散发，泡一壶最暖的茶，奉给家人和友人。茶汤里有温度、有柔情、有深爱，还有满满的恭敬心。人生似茶，总带有那么一丝苦涩。有些人用一生都不能放下执念，悟出菩提。而有些人只用了一盏茶的时光，就从万象纷纭中走出，绽放如莲。

I brew my tea, a little at a time, savoring and relishing it. In the Zen-inspired tea room, the painting and the flowers complement each other, supporting each other. Boil the water, wash the teapot, take the tea, add water, swirl, stretch, and release. Brew a pot of the warmest tea and offer it to family and friends. The tea soup has warmth, tenderness, deep love, and full of respect. Life is like tea, always carrying a hint of bitterness. Some people spend a lifetime unable to let go of their attachments and achieve enlightenment, while others, in just one cup of tea, emerge from the chaos and bloom like a lotus.

我弄我的莳花，一点点的摆弄，一点点的调整完美。莳花让我亲近自然，感知自然，了解植物生长的自然规律。春观花、夏观叶、秋观色、冬观势。感知自然、空间与光线、动与静，这就是生命与美本来的样子，原有的面目。世间喧闹，不如和草木约一段情缘。草木是大自然的精灵，草木无言，只播撒了素美的种子，一个女子如果懂得与草木相约，平常的日子也会淡淡生香。

I tend to my flowers, arranging them little by little and adjusting them to perfection. Gardening allows me to get close to nature, sense nature, and understand the natural laws of plant growth. Observe flowers in spring, leaves in summer, colors in autumn, and shapes in winter. Sense nature, space, and light, movement and stillness. This is the original appearance of life and beauty. Amidst the noise of the world, it is better to have a relationship with plants and trees. Plants and trees are the spirits of nature. Plants and trees are silent, only sowing the seeds of simple beauty. If a woman understands to have a relationship with plants and flowers, even ordinary days will have a faint fragrance.

我写我的美篇，一点点的写，一点点的成型丰满。每每听到动心的音乐，便有了拍摄的计划和主题；每每看到拍摄的照片，便有了写作的思绪和激情。我爱撰写美篇，它是我与天地、自然和人的心灵诉说；我爱分享美篇，它是我与有缘人的心灵欣赏。就这样，慢慢的，我的美篇在一点点的进步，在一点点的完美。我欢喜这个过程，享受这个过程，它为我的生活增添了无限乐趣。
