font-size: 20px;"> 北大荒大兴安岭松岭区绿水林场的宁波奉化女知青何美蓉，是我同年同月同日坐绿皮车同去大兴安岭的同连同班的战友。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size: 20px;"> 知青"大返城"回宁波后，她在奉化大桥供销社大桥商城就职；她平时除工作外，热心着义工志愿者公益活动，一直坚持了二十六年。退休后，志愿者公益活动更加繁忙，一家三代人，都加入到志愿者队伍中。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size: 20px;"> 2013年6月，在当地政府关心和支持下，以她个人″何美蓉道德模范工作室″名义成立了志愿者队伍，奉化区岳林街道给予办公楼4百来平方，作为服务机构。至今，志愿者公益队伍扩展到300多位，並有五支服务队伍:1.匠心能手队，2.情暖惠民队，3.点靓家园队，4.和风调解队，5.阳光矫正队。老百姓家庭中，有许多大小困难事，政府部门一时难管不到和不知道。比如:家庭里人与人的矛盾，家门囗的卫生绿化垃圾，孩子教育问题等；有了这些志愿者的关心和帮助，心中会有热流，生活会有亮点，促进了文明社会的和谐。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);
