color: rgb(255, 138, 0);"> 李林萍会长，长相文静，为人正直，内心蕴含着极大的能量和热情，她深知，打铁还要自身硬，为师更需艺高强，为了提高教学质量，她刻苦钻研葫芦丝专业知识，并且在日常教学、协会管理及各种社会活动中彰显出了超强的组织能力，散发着独特的个人魅力，带领大家在聊城市葫芦丝艺术领域闯出了自己的一片天地。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; font-size: 20px;"> 升入中级以来，中一班的课程主要由裴老师担任。裴老师干练沉稳，平易近人，工作认真负责，三尺讲台上，他授课耐心细致，条理清晰。由于学员都是中老年人，且基础不一，裴老师根据学员特点，讲课循循善诱，深入浅出，通俗易懂，并且他很注意启发和调动大家的学习积极性，激发和鼓励学员们的学习热情，让同学们受益匪浅，是一位深受学员们喜爱和尊敬的好老师。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);
