应用文写作---记叙报道类、通知类

活动记叙&报道类作文。

此类话题常见考察内容为：比赛（演讲、诗歌朗诵、书法、绘画等）、户外活动（爬山、徒步、野营等）、慈善义工、展览展出等等。

基本写作要求都是对活动进行宣传和回顾，并发表个人看法或感受，且一般会涉及活动的时间、地点、举办目的、参与者、流程。

我们在写作时，应首先确定时态。

如果是报道已发生的活动，则选用一般过去时，动词全部用过去式，加上ed。

如果是通知/邀请即将发生的活动，则选用一般将来时，动词选用will do或am/is/are going to do结构。

下一步是谋篇布局，应遵循应用文写作的基本规则，用3-4段式结构

第一段：开门见山引出活动，简要概述时间、参加人员等；

中间段：详述活动的具体内容

最后一段：表达收获的感受或活动的反响；

详细模板如下 👇

第一段：

目的+活动/时间/地点

①、Aiming at doing..../ With the aim of doing...., 活动 is/ was scheduled to be held in/at 地点（Lecture Hall/Stadium/Library/Playground/Room 101）+时间next Friday，lasting for 4 hours/ from 8 a.m to 4 p.m next Friday.

②、Last Friday witnessed a 活动, in which 参与者participated+地点。

中间段：

具体活动项目或流程

①、Being interested in/fond of /keen on...., 参与者 expect to do.....

②、安排/具体活动 will be arranged /organized to .....

③、Not only do/did 参与者 do sth...but also do sth

常见：④、They gathered at 集合地点 at 时间点 and set out for 目的地.

⑤、All the way 参与者 were doing，doing and doing，enjoying sth.

⑥、Upon arrival, students, who were divided into four groups, immediately started to do sth......

结尾段：

活动评价或带来的意义

①Hopefully，this meaningful/ impressive/significant XXX will be of great beneficial to you/ bring ....to you.

②The XXX was highly thought of, because not only did it provide ...for sb to do, but was also of great beneficial to the participants, physically and mentally.

③What a wonderful time we had ! Not only did it provide students with...., but also did .....

各种活动常见的意义/影响/感想如下：

1）a valuable opportunity/chance to enjoy the nature/ improve their physical condition/health

build up your body/strengthen your physical condition

2) help the students / each other get closer to the nature /promote/enhance the friendship among them

3) help them relieve their heavy studying burden/ pressure

4) teach them the importance of team work

6) bring life to traditional Chinese culture/ have a deeper understanding of …./ get/obtain/acquire more knowledge of …

上述模板仅供参考，建议大家开头-中段-结尾各选用1-2句固定句式背下来，在写的时候再根据具体情况处理，尤其是中间段，一定要灵活运用。

Aiming to raise our awareness of protecting school environment, a tree-planting activity with the theme of “Green School, We Are in Action” was organized by the Students’ Union on Saturday afternoon last week.

At 2:00 p.m., the students and teachers from different grades actively participated in it, some digging, some planting and others watering. During the activity, 1000 new trees were planted along the main road in our school as planned. Looking at the lines of young trees, tired as they were, they smiled delightedly.

This activity provided us a good platform for communication between teachers and students. It also enabled us to contribute to building a beautiful and green school together and planting hope.
