参观完三艘军舰后，沿着水边小路没走多远，

可以看到一个越战时期美国军人在越南时的小军事宿营地。

After a tour of three warships, a short walk along the waterside

path reveals a small military encampment where American

servicemen were in Vietnam during the Vietnam era.



一个不显眼的展厅里墙上布置了许多当年的照片和宣传

我们坐在当年的吉普车上玩耍

In an inconspicuous showroom lined with photos and propaganda,

we sat in jeeps from that time



美军是1961年开始派军队参加越战的

The U.S. military began sending troops to fight in Vietnam in 1961



1965年，美军地面部队开始大规模参战

In 1965, U.S. ground forces entered the war in large numbers



1973年，美军逐步撤出越南

1973 U.S. troops gradually withdrew from Vietnam



1975年，越南战争结束。

1975 The Vietnam War ended.

　　装甲车是具有装甲防护的各种履带或轮式军用车辆，是装有装甲的

军用或警用车辆的统称。坦克也是装甲车履带式装甲车辆的一种，

但是在习惯上通常因作战用途另外独立分类，而装甲车辆多半是

指防护力与火力较坦克弱的车种。装甲车的特性为具有高度的

越野机动性能⋯⋯

Armored vehicles are all kinds of tracked or wheeled military

vehicles with armored protection, which is a general term for

armored military or police vehicles. Tanks are also a type of

armoured tracked armored vehicles, but in practice, they

are usually classified separately for operational purposes,

and armored vehicles mostly refer to the types of vehicles

with weaker protection and firepower than tanks.

The characteristics of the armored vehicle is that it

has a high degree of cross-country mobility..



坦克是现代陆上作战的主要武器之一，具有直射火力、越野能力和装甲防护力的履带式装甲战斗车辆，是陆地武器中重要性唯一高于轮式装甲车的存在，主要用来与对方坦克或其他装甲车辆作战，也可以压制、消灭反坦克武器、摧毁工事、歼灭敌方陆上力。

Tank is one of the main weapons in modern land warfare.

Tracked armored combat vehicles with direct fire,

cross-country capability and armored protection are the

only ones more important than wheeled armored vehicles

among land weapons. They are mainly used to fight

against opposing tanks or other armored vehicles,

suppress and destroy anti-tank weapons, destroy

forcings and annihilate enemy land forces.

越战期间 用来把货物和军队从船上运到岸上

Used to move cargo and troops from ships to

shore during the Vietnam War



作为医疗后送往正规医院的直升飞机，

最多可容纳15名伤员和2名医护兵

The helicopter, used for medical evacuation to regular hospitals,

can accommodate up to 15 wounded and 2 paramedics



到战争结束时，它已执行大约20万次任务，运送了超过50万名士兵

By the end of the war, it had flown some 200,000

missions and transported more than half a million troops

视频：越战是二战后美军伤亡人数最多的一次战争，

据美军统计，该国军队在战争中死亡56000余人、负伤超过30万人，

另外还有2000余人被俘/失踪，总的损失达36万人左右。

当时的美国人民举行了多次大型罢工示威游行，

強烈要求政府结束越战。

Video: The Vietnam War was the most deadly war for the 

US army after World War II. According to the US army 

statistics, the country's troops in the war killed more than 

56,000 people, wounded more than 300,000 people,

in addition to more than 2,000 captured/missing,

the total loss of about 360,000 people. The American 

people held a number of large-scale strikes and demonstrations,

urging the government to end the Vietnam War.



战争结束后，

留给失去亲人的人无限的痛苦和思念，希望人类远离战争。

After the end of the war, the people who lost their

loved ones were left with infinite pain and thoughts, and

I hope that mankind will be free from war.



又回到展厅坐在当年的吉普车上，

对战争毫无理解的孩子无忧无虑地玩起了

Back in the exhibition hall sitting in the old Jeep,

the children who did not understand the war carefree play



回去时又拍了一张和航母同框的照片

When I went back, I took another picture with the carrier



又看到了花花草草了，好开心呀！

See flowers and plants again, so happy!
