基地成立于2014年年底，始终遵循“增长知识、丰富生活、陶冶情操、促进健康、服务社会”的办学宗旨，坚持“政治立校、依规建校、文化兴校、安全治校”的治校理念，弘扬“爱校敬老、尊师重教、德艺双修、友善和谐”的良好校风，锐意进取、开拓创新，取得了显著的办学成就。已成为推动燕郊中老年教育发展，丰富中老年朋友精神文化生活的重要阵地（文艺类节目及书画作品等多次在国家、省、地、市获奖）。 </b></p> <p 周岁（艺术团可适当放宽年龄限制）、身心健康（无传染性疾病或神智性疾病）、有完全民事行为能力，且能坚持正常学习和活动的中老年朋友（年龄过大及患有重病的老年朋友，由于行动困难就不要报名了，以免发生危险）。学员在校期间，因自身原因发生任何意外，后果自负。</b></p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b
