温暖迎春、欢乐吉祥 2023 CEDP CHINA CENTRE CHINESE NEW YEAR GALA！ CEDP中国中心春节联欢会 节目种类齐全 由CEDP中国中心主办，布莱顿和豪富市，市政府和各界各华人华侨团体，其他民族社团参与的2023年“温暖迎春”CEDP中国中心春节联欢会，于元月21日大年三十，在CEDP中国中心隆重举行。现场喜庆热闹氛围，能容下两百人的中国中心现场座无虚席！大家相聚在第23届CEDP中国中心春节联欢会现场！共同迎接中国新年的到来！三年疫情，为世界带来了太多伤痛和折磨，也对在旅居英国的侨胞的工作生活产生了巨大影响。CEDP 中国中心系列公益活动，因此而诞生，并且延续至今。从2020年4月20日开始，疫情把大家封闭在家里,CEDP中国中心相继通过网络开办了《健身八段锦》《太极拳锻炼》《爱.瑜伽》《每月一期的心里咨询或保健养生知识讲座》《学跳民族舞儿童和成人班》《每周一首古诗和论语》《守望相助合唱团》《中文兴趣班》《酒文化和云品酒系列讲座》…等慈善公益的活动，活动一直延续至今。一年52个星期，每星期近十场（次）的线上公益活动，经历两年九个月，143个星期，连续的，不间断的努力,截至今年2023年1月20日，CEDP中国中心已经举办了超过1360场（次）的线上慈善公益活动。慈善公益，惠及民众。一起携手走过来，共同迎来2023年中国新年的到来！值此春光复始、万物更新之际，大家抛下过去的阴霾和一切不悦，共同迎接新年伊始美好生活的到来。联欢会上有剪纸、写春联、书法表演、中华美食、传统年货…等等各种传统文化交流活动，深深的吸引着参与活动的佳宾！大家沉浸在喜庆祥和的氛围中！此次活动还有20多个参加演出的各界朋友们精心准备、认真演绎的精彩节目，它延续着二十三年来的多民族文化相融合的优良品质，打造一台华人与各民族大家庭同频共情视听盛宴，用满满的正能量引领我们迎接美好末来，大展宏“兔”！疫情还没彻底消除，根据这一情况，今年的春节联欢活动采取了线下不做往年1–2千人同时参加的形式，而是在线下控制规模，现场演出台上台下互动观看节目，同时也在线上直插的方式，吸引了200多人的现场参与互动，在线上也有突破200多人的直播收看！ 是这样进入到主会场的 传统舞狮表演拉开春节联欢会的帷幕。随着音乐节奏的变化，两头雄壮的狮子时儿腾跃翻滚，时儿摇尾晃首，时儿静默远眺，时儿温顺与观众互动，，惟妙惟肖表述它们的欢乐和美好意愿！卡门幻想曲节奏奏响，观众们的整齐的掌声响起，两头狮子狂舞腾跃…将联欢会推向高潮！ 音乐响起，狮子随着节奏腾跃飞舞 三位漂亮帅气的主持人，著名的歌唱家Phoebe女士, 尚业儒博士和初出茅庐的年轻帅哥Max华明 皇家代表HM Deputy Lieutenant of East Sussex: Tim Cobb. 发表了热情洋溢的讲话在充分肯定三年疫情以来CEDP中国中心积极开展多项超过1360次守望相助的线上活动，以大家喜闻乐见的方式寓教于乐，保持身心健康！ 布莱顿和豪富市市长Mayor of Brighton and Hove: Councillor Cllr Lizzie Deane对CEDP中心中心20多年来坚持不懈积极努力团结多民族，宣传民族文化、铸造文化艺术交流平台，打造城市品牌起到积极作用！ 布莱顿和豪富市市长热情洋溢发言，祝贺中国新年 中国中心主席：Chairman of CEDP China Centre Dr. Hong Lu OBE感谢社会各界、政府企业、皇室以及各民族团体、热心公益事业的人士和众多不计报酬热于奉献个人时间和金钱，诚心诚意关心和帮助CEDP中国中心风雨同舟、不离不弃的爱心人士和广大自愿者朋友！ Melissa Li 和 Amelia Smith是七岁的同班同学，她们对中文学习和表演特别有兴趣，今天除夕日特别准备了一个演唱歌曲《新年快乐》Happy New Years. 夏伊娜曾在中国组建摇滚乐队，并担任过四年的主唱和队长。她现居英国，非常怀念在国内的队友，但她相信音乐无国界，四海皆朋友，所以希望把好的音乐带给大家！请欣赏夏依娜的 New Boy!Selena has had four years experience as a rock band in China as lead singer and leader. Having come to the UK and parted from her bandmates for the time being, she still hopes to bring good music to everyone, music knows no borders! 《扇舞》以古典舞和当代舞相结合，用典雅的折扇为道具，展现舞者飘逸俏丽的身姿。在抒情平展的优美旋律中，传达对娴雅和美好的追求！节目的表演者有来自诺丁汉的林霞医生，来自雷丁的毕岢汉语老师和来自剑桥的笑梅博士，更有来自中国的国家一级舞蹈演员张春叶老师。Fan Dance uses classical dance and contemporary dance as the dance language, and uses elegant folding fans as props to show the graceful and beautiful figures of woman with beautiful melody! The performers are Dr. Lin Xia from Nottingham, Ms. Bali Chinese from Reading and Dr. Xiaomei from Cambridge, and Ms. Zhang Chun Ye, a national level dancer from China. The online practice of Chinese classical dance at CEDP is every Saturday from 9:30-10:30 UK time. Everyone is welcome to join in with the inspiration of the performers.  婀娜多姿、轻盈优美、韵味十足 Gemma have been a ZIN™ Member since DEC 2011 and she absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. Who would have thought that a child who once cried at the sight of a lion dance on stage would now be a multi-talented stage star? Already she has many fans, many older siblings, uncles and aunts are fascinated and everyone loves to see her perform! 从容沉稳，落落大方！ 思源9岁，思泉7岁，华杰9岁。他们是CEDP中文学校和布莱顿华协中文学校的学生。他们在全英华裔少儿诵读和表演比赛中多次获奖。曾和来自全球顶尖的Guildhall 市政厅音乐学院的英国声乐团G4同台演出。他们今天代表英国的华裔孩子们献上他们的歌曲表演。 小明星风范 Alexander is 9 years old,Eric is 7 years old and Emily is 9 years old. They are students of CEDP Chinese School and Brighton Chinese Association Chinese School. They have won many awards in the All British Chinese Children's Recitation and Performance Competition. They have performed with the world's leading British vocal ensemble G4 from Guildhall Town Hall School of Music. They present their song performance today on behalf of the Chinese children in the UK.  熊猫舞表演者:有来自诺丁汉的林霞医生，来自雷丁的毕岢汉语老师和来自剑桥的笑梅博士，更有来自中国的国家一级舞蹈演员张春叶老师。她们现场创作即兴表演了一段大熊猫和熊猫宝宝，使现场气氛更加活跃。 独唱表演者：Reeya Mapara 联欢会热烈的气氛深深打动了线上线下的每一位观众，一位名叫Reeya Mapara女孩强烈要求组委会让她上台表演，经组委会审核最后安排她上台表演。多年来CEDP中国中心不仅仅是华人的中心，也是多民族融合的地方，也是让各国各民族年青人追逐梦想的平台！ 太极扇使扇子的挥舞和太极的运动技巧灵活结合，使武术动作与中国功夫和歌曲旋律巧妙结合，刚柔并济，达到锻练身体的效果！ Alexandra has been singing since she was 8 years old. She sang for 10 years at Ripon Cathedral and gained a place to study Vocal Studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Instead she decided to study History MA and then International Develeopment MSc at Edinburgh University. She still sings semiprofessionally in Choirs and Operas when she is not working in her daily job at a Financial Information company in London. Her main professional interest is understanding how cultural practices around the world influence workplace dynamics. In the last year, this took her to Tanzania for her Masters study which focused on how Chinese and Tanzanians worked together in the hospitality industry in Dar es Salaam. She is also dedicating herself to slowly learn Chinese in ehr spare time!Alexandra从8岁起开始唱歌。她在Ripon Cathedral演唱了10年。她曾有机会在威尔士皇家音乐和戏剧学院学习声乐，但她决定在爱丁堡大学攻读历史和国际发展学的硕士。她目前就职于伦敦一家金融信息公司，重点研究不同的文化习俗对工作环境的影响，她依然利用业余时间参加合唱团和歌剧中的演唱。去年，她去坦桑尼亚Dar es Salaam进行实地研究，重点关注中坦两国人民在酒店业的合作。她同时还在业余时间坚持中文学习! poem was written by Professor Wang Weiqun at her Nottingham home just before the Spring Festival 2020. Having graduated from the University of Cambridge, the Royal College of Music, The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, LSE Confucius Institute, Phoebe is now a scholar at Tsinghua University. As a classical artist, Phoebe has concertized in over 30 countries, including as a soloist at world-class opera houses (from the Salzburg Festival, to the Beijing NCPA).In the past fortnight, Phoebe has appeared with the Philadelphia Orchestra at New York’s Lincoln Center, with 《唐诗的回响》，and has performed at both Florence (Italy), and Luxembourg’s Chinese New Year events. Highlighted performances of repertoire in Mandarin include the Philadelphia Orchestra, Beijing National Center for the Performing Arts, Shanghai Symphony, Chinese Central Television (CCTV), Lincoln Center, and US Tour. She is a proud alumna of the iSING! International Young Artists’ Program. She was a Confucius Institute scholar at Tongji University in Shanghai to study Mandarin, as well as a scholarship recipient to continue language studies at Shanghai University. Her invited solo recital and masterclass appearances with pianist, Lydia Qiu, include a ten-city tour of Northwest China, as well as Tianjin, Nanjing University of the Arts, Sichuan Conservatory in Chengdu, Shenyang Conservatory, Jinan, and concerts in Chongqing. Through her album A Great Distance: A Collection of Chinese and American Art Song (MSR Classics, 2015) with Ms. Qiu, and book Singing in Mandarin: A Guide to Chinese Lyric Diction and Vocal Repertoire (Rowman and Littlefield, 2020), co-written with Katherine Chu (Tianjin Juilliard), Juliet is passionate about educating Western singers and audiences about Chinese vocal music. In 2020, she received the Confucius Institute US ‘People to People’ Award for her work helping to unite the two cultures through classical music, a cause to which she remains dedicated in her performance and teaching. Western repertoire performances include roles and solo appearances with the Hamburger Kammeroper (Germany), Austin Lyric Opera, Glimmerglass Opera, Michigan Opera Theater, St Louis Symphony, Colorado Symphony, Alabama Symphony, Walt Disney Hall, Baden Stadttheater (Austria), Grimeborn Opera Festival (London), and Florentine Opera (Milwaukee). While she has worked professionally as a violist, pianist, and choreographer, she holds degrees in voice performance from the University of Michigan and Northwestern University. She is currently on scholarship pursuing her doctorate at the Royal College of Music in London where she is focusing on pedagogical methods to best to address the challenges faced by Western-language speakers learning to sing in Mandarin, as well as native Mandarin speakers learning to sing Western operatic repertoire.  春晓Spring MorningAlexander Dixon (思源)，Eric Dixon (思泉)兄弟俩真正的是今天舞台上的明星，唱了歌，舞了狮子，舞了龙，诗歌朗诵，全能型的明星，我们为有这样的华裔二代而骄傲。中华传统文化传承后继有人！ 《跨越千山万水》Across thousands miles作者：温迪雅朗诵：莺歌Di ya was a previous host of CCTV's news and commentary programme "Son of the East" and later studied in the UK where she obtained three master's degrees and worked with Hong Kong's Phoenix TV on the TV series "Journey to Europe", and published her prose diary "Wendy's Diary" and "Wendy's Interview".She is currently settled in the UK and is passionate about health and wellness, personal growth, parent-child relationships and other issues, and shares her interesting personal stories and insights through her public website.温迪雅女士曾是央视新闻评论节目《东方时空》“东方之子”栏目的主持人。前辈，前辈！她后留学英国获得三个硕士学位，并与香港凤凰卫视合作完成了系列电视节目《欧洲之旅》。出版有散文札记《温迪雅日记》与《温迪雅访谈》。温女士现居英国，目前关注健康养生、个人成长、亲子关系等问题的研究，并将自己身边有趣的人和事以及生活感悟通过公众号与大家分享。 Jing is a Brighton based Chinese artist, tutor, and created Plum Blossom Ink Art. Jing has been exhibiting her Chinese painting & calligraphy artwork since 2018, in places including Brighton Artist Open Houses & Lewes ArtWave. She also has been giving live demonstrations both in London and Brighton. She is a brush painting teacher in the British Chinese brush painters society CBPS.
