font-size:20px;"> 梁丽贞是位退休工人，退休后为了强身健体，丰富老年生活，她参加和学习传统的广场健身龙（甩龙）舞的运动。通过多年艰苦的学习和锻炼，她不但强健了身体，还愉快了身心。她还练就了一身舞艺，成为了梧州舞龙队的一名出色队员。她曾隨队参加有关健身舞龙赛运动会的比赛和应邀参加的各种庆典舞龙表演活动，她和队友们出色和精彩的表演，不但弘扬了中华民族精粹的舞龙运动精神，还给广大的观赏者带来了艺术的熏陶和享受。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);
