<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 根据阳泉市郊区教育局《关于做好2023年义务教育招生入学工作的通知》精神，现将我校2023年一年级新生入学报名的有关事宜通知如下：</b></p> 一、招生计划 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 一年级新生135人，3个教学班。</b></p> 二、招生对象 <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 1. 招生年龄</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 小学一年级招收年满6周岁（2017年8月31日前出生）的适龄儿童。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 2. 学区范围</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 下荫营村、南窑庄村、林里村、瑞丰小区、菊花园、杏花园、桃花园、梅花园、明珠城、佳瑞园小区、白毛梁居民区、居乐园小区以及本服务区外来务工人员子女。</b></p> 三、报名时间及报名对象 四、报名流程 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 1.家长带领孩子在校门口排队，按顺序进入校门，领取报名号。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 2.依次审核资料，领取入学通知书。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 3.三楼计算机教室填表、采集学生信息。</b></p> 五、注意事项 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 1. 家长必须亲自带孩子到校报到，否则不予办理。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 2. 报名需带有关证件：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> （1）户口簿（孩子及两位监护人的）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> （2）房产证或购房有关证件。（直系亲属的）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 3. 学区内外来务工人员除上述证件外，还需提供居住地派出所出具的监护人及其子女的居住证。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 4. 所有证件需提供原件及复印件一份（正反面复印）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 5. 报名后领取入学通知书，然后填写《学生学籍系统备案基本信息表》。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 6.咨询电话：0353-5053313</b></p>
