2022年7月7日，壬寅虎年六月初九，我们迎来了小暑节气。小暑后开始进入伏天，所谓“热在三伏”，三伏天通常出现在小暑与处暑之间，是一年中气温最高且又潮湿、闷热的时段。此时，天气炎热、雷暴频繁，是万物狂长的时节。

第一章 跟着节气来学习

第一节 浅 识 小 暑

Minor Heat（In Chinese it is called"Xiaoshu"） is the eleventh solar term of the twenty-four solar terms and the fifth solar term in summer, indicating the official start of the summer season. “Shu”, means the weather starts to be hot, but it has not reached the hottest, so it is called Minor Heat. During this period, there will be dog days, the weather is sultry and humid, so there is a saying that goes, "Minor Heat and Major Heat, steam up and boil down."

小暑，是二十四节气之第十一个节气，是夏天的第五个节气，表示着季夏时节正式开始。暑，是炎热的意思，天气开始炎热，但还没到最热，故称小暑。小暑期间会迎来三伏天，这时候天气闷热且潮湿，因此俗话有云“小暑大暑，上蒸下煮。”

第二节 小 暑 三 候

After the Minor Heat, there is no longer a cool breeze on the ground, but all the winds are filled with heat waves.

小暑日后，大地上便不再有一丝凉风，而是所有的风中都带着热浪。

一候•温风至

In the hot July, the crickets are also too hot, so they have to avoid the corner of the courtyard where humans live, hoping to find a shady corner to escape the heat.

　　在火热的七月，蟋蟀也嫌热，不得不避到人类居住的庭院墙角，以期找到阴凉的一角避暑。

二候•蟋蟀居宇

In July, eagles are also afraid of being "steamed up and boiled down", so they start to stay away from the ground, soar high in the sky, and escape the heat in the cool high air.

七月，鹰也怕被“上蒸下煮”的日子，开始远离地面，翱翔于高空，在清凉的高空中避暑。

第三节 小 暑 诗 歌

《小暑六月节》

唐·元稹

倏忽温风至，因循小暑来。

竹喧先觉雨，山暗已闻雷。

户牖深青霭，阶庭长绿苔。

鹰鹯新习学，蟋蟀莫相催。

【注释】

1. 元稹（779年—831年），字微之，别字威明，河南洛阳（今属河南）人。唐朝大臣、文学家。元稹与白居易同科及第，结为终生诗友，同倡新乐府运动，共创“元和体”，世称“元白”。
2. 倏忽：忽然。
3. 户牖：门和窗。
4. 青霭：云气。
5. 鹰：鸟类的一种，猛禽类。
6. 鸇：鹞类猛禽。亦称“晨风”。
7. 阶庭：台阶前的庭院。

【译文】

温热的夏风突然就到了，原来是循着小暑的节气而来。竹子的喧哗声已经表明大雨即将来临，山色灰暗仿佛已经听到了隆隆的雷声。这一场场降雨，门窗上已有潮湿的青霭，院落里长满了绿苔。苍鹰感受到阴雨天气，忙着练习搏击长空，蟋蟀不要过早地催促。

第二章 跟着节气来生活

第一节 小 暑 习 俗

During the Minor Heat, many places have the customs of "Taste New",such as eating the new rice of the year, worshiping ancestors, and praying for good weather.

小暑时候，多地有尝新的习俗，食当年的新米，供祀先祖，祈求风调雨顺。

　　小暑“食新”

In ancient times, some places had the custom of offering sacrifices to the God of Five Grains. The ancients believed that although a good harvest is inseparable from one's own sweat, it also depends on the good weather of nature and the blessing of ancestors.
古时有些地方有祭祀五谷大神的习俗。古人认为，丰收虽离不开自己的汗水，也要仰仗大自然的风调雨顺和祖先的保佑。

小暑“祭谷神”

During the Minor Heat, folks also have the custom of drying calligraphy, painting and clothes. Before and after the small summer heat, the sunshine time is the longest, so every household will choose this day to "sunfu" by coincidence, and hang the clothes stored in the cabinets outside for acceptance. Sun exposure, to remove moisture, moisture, mildew, moth.
　　小暑时节，民间还有晒书画、衣服的习俗。民谚有云：“六月六，人晒衣裳龙晒袍。”小暑前后，日照时间最长，所以家家户户多会不约而同选择这一天“晒伏”，把存放在箱柜里的衣服晾到外面接受阳光的暴晒，以去潮、去湿，防霉、防蛀。

第二节 小 暑 饮 食

The Xiaoshu solar term is just around the beginning of the dog days, and the climate is hot and humid. People are vulnerable to the invasion of sultry heat and dampness, and they have symptoms such as loss of appetite, weakness of limbs, and lethargy. Therefore, the diet should be mainly light, and it is advisable to eat food that clears heat and eliminates dampness.

小暑节气正值初伏前后，气候炎热潮湿，人们易受闷热湿邪的侵袭，出现食欲不振、四肢无力、精神萎靡等症状。所以，饮食调养应以清淡为主，宜吃清热利湿的食物。如：苦瓜、莲藕、绿豆、芹菜、绿豆芽、薏仁等。

第三节 小 暑 养 生

Chinese medicine believes that calming the mind and qi can relieve tension, make the mood comfortable, and relax the qi and blood. Therefore, in summer, it is appropriate to keep mind inpeace, and then the mind is naturally cool.

中医认为，平心静气，可以舒缓紧张的情绪，使心情舒畅、气血和缓；既有助于心脏机能的旺盛，也符合 “春夏养阳”的原则。所以，夏季养生以“心静”为宜，心静自然凉。

第三章 跟着节气来劳动

小暑这个时节虽然阳光猛烈、高温潮湿多雨，但对于农作物来讲，雨热同期有利于成长。看，学校植园里正在进行一场热闹的采摘活动，我们去看看吧。
