A new round of Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) has begun. Please keep good protection when receiving the test!</p> <p class="ql-block"><b>采样前：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>Before sampling:</b></p><p class="ql-block">1.在核酸检测前2小时内不能进食，30分钟内不能嚼口香糖更不能喝酒。</p><p class="ql-block">1.Before NAT, please do not eat any food within 2 hours and do not chew gums and drink alcohol within 30 minutes.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">2.出门前一定要清洁双手并正确佩戴好口罩，最好再备一个口罩或者携带免洗消毒液或免洗酒精，在采样结束后及时给双手消毒。</p><p class="ql-block">2.Before going out, make sure you wash your hands and wear the mask correctly and you’d better prepare one more mask or bring flushing-free hand sanitizer or alcohol disinfectant. Disinfect your hands immediately after sampling.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">3.带好身份证，如果小朋友没有身份证需要携带户口本。</p><p class="ql-block">3.Bring your identification card and if your child has no identification card, you should bring the household register.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b>采样时：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>During sampling:</b></p><p class="ql-block">1.到达采样点后按照秩序排队，保持1.5米--2米的安全距离，全程佩戴好口罩。请小朋友们不要触碰公共设施及物品，不用手触摸眼睛和口鼻，更不能触碰医生的操作台面。</p><p class="ql-block">1.Please line up orderly when getting the sampling site and keep 1.5 - 2 meters away from others. Wear the mask at all times. Our little friends, please refrain from touching public facilities and articles, nor the operation desk of the doctors, and do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">2.前面人员测完，你可不要急着去做，更不能立刻取下口罩，要等医生完成上一个测体手消毒，拿出新棉签后，再迅速上前。</p><p class="ql-block">2.When the people before you have finished sampling, do not step forward immediately and take off the mask. You should step forward immediately after the doctor disinfect his or her hands and take out a new cotton bud.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">3.在医生把棉签伸过来的时候，脱下口罩张大嘴巴，憋住不要呼吸，配合医生取样后，立刻戴回口罩。</p><p class="ql-block">3.When the doctor puts the cotton bud to you, you should take off the mask, open your mouth wide and hold your breath. After sampling, wear the mask immediately.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">4.在咽拭子采集过程中可能出现咽喉部不适，切记不要对着医护人员或者其他人咳嗽、打喷嚏。</p><p class="ql-block">4.During the collection of the throat swab, you may feel uncomfortable in the pharynx and larynx. Be sure to remember that do not cough or sneeze towards the medical workers or others.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b>采样后：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>After sampling:</b></p><p class="ql-block">1.采集完样品后立即离开核酸采样点。不要在旁边的垃圾桶吐痰，避免造成细菌的滋生和潜在病毒的传播。</p><p class="ql-block">1.After sampling, please leave the site immediately.
