<p class="ql-block"> On the afternoon of November 29th, Shanchong School welcomed the teaching and research activity of English group with the same class and different types in the warm winter. This activity was organized by the leader Mrs Huai. At first, two teachers Wang Shuiyun and Li Xiaoli shared us two excellent lessons.All the English teachers actively participated.</p> Show Time Mrs Wang's class <h3> "Unit 8 When is your Birthday? Section A 1a-2d" was taught by Mrs Wang. And by connecting with the real situation, she gave students a preliminary understanding of the month and ordinal words. Mrs Wang organized teaching through various forms of activities, which not only imparted knowledge, but also stimulated students' vitality.</h3> Mrs Li's class <p class="ql-block"> Mrs. Li organized the class with fluent English throughout the whole lesson, guiding them to learn from words and sentences. The design of teaching links was clear and the transition was natural. The whole class was colourful and interesting.</p> Evaluation <p class="ql-block"> After the two classes, all the teachers discussed and evaluated the two classes. According to the actual teaching situation, the teachers discussed and exchanged their ideas and suggestions. Although the two teachers had different entry points, teaching methods and lesson models, they both fully reflected the new teaching concept, mobilized the initiative and enthusiasm of students and reflected the value of heterogeneity of the same class.</p> <p class="ql-block"> Finally, the leader Mrs Cheng thought highly of the two teachers. And they were awarded certificates of honor to express their high recognition.</p> Test evaluation <p class="ql-block"> In order to enhance the teacher's abilities, the teachers Wang Rongrong and Chang Mengyao explained Reading D and Reading C of the high school entrance examination clearly.Then they summed up the methods and skills which benefited the other teachers a lot.</p> <p class="ql-block"> The teaching and research activities successfully ended. We believe that the teachers of Shanchong School will make persistent efforts to improve ourselves.The harder we work, the better Shanchong school will be.</p>
