杏坛“英”你美好，教研“语”你同行－记英语教研组专家送教服务活动

为了发挥高中学科骨干教师的引领示范作用，实现教育资源共享，南郑区教育专家服务团在刘尊全书记的带领下在我校开展送教活动。南郑中学英语教研组积极响应，英语组全体教师参与其中。此次活动由示范课、公开课和评课三大模块组成。 Consisting of demonstration lesson, public lecture and class evaluation, this activity strengthened the communication between teachers and also promoted mutual learning. 　　I.示范课Demonstration Lesson 来自龙岗中学的省级教学能手张雪敏老师在高一（19）班进行了《No Drugs》的示范课教学。张老师以社会热点导入课堂，在引领学生进入课题的同时又引发了同学们对毒品危害性的初步思考。张老师教姿教态亲切自然，口语流畅，整个教学环节环环相扣，循序渐进，又高潮迭起，将学科核心素养巧妙贯穿整个课堂，给大家带来了一场新课标改革背景下英语教学的饕餮盛宴。张老师为我们提供了将语言能力、思维品质和情感态度相结合的深层次阅读课型的范例。 Mrs Zhang, the provincial teaching expert, taught No Drugs in Class 19, Grade 1. She impressed us all with her natural teaching posture and fluent oral English. The whole teaching process was linked and progressive. II.公开课 Public Lecture 南郑中学优秀青年英语教师杨梦茹在高一（21）班执教同课题《No Drugs》。杨老师打破了以知识点为导向的传统课型，注重文体剖析和文本解读。杨老师注重情感和认知的相互作用，将情境教学法融入到课堂中，在读后任务中创设了具有情感色彩的，以形象为主体的场景，激发了学生对毒品与其危害性的深入思考。最后的禁毒宣誓将整个课堂氛围推向高潮，将本堂课的知识进一步内化与深化。 Miss Yang, excellent young English teacher of our school, taught the same subject "No Drugs" in Class 21 of Senior One. Yang paid great attention to the interaction between emotion and cognition, and applied situational teaching method to the extreme. III. 评课Class Evaluation “君子既知教之所由兴，又知教之所由废，然后可以为人师也”。课后，英语组进行了评课议课。李继忠老师又以新课标为参考标准，从教材处理、教法选择、师生互动、组织形式等方面分别对张雪敏老师和杨梦茹老师的课堂进行了点评。徐莎老师和张艺鑫老师又以“同课异构”为切入点就两位老师的课堂特色进行了点评并提出了自己的建议。最后，教研组长兰会慧老师对此次送教服务做了总结，并对教研室提供的机会与平台表示衷心的感谢。 At last, class evaluation was conducted in the form of group discussion. Mr Li made profound comments on the two teachers' classes from all aspects while Mrs Xu and Mrs Zhang provided many pedagogical reflections and suggestions. Iv.Conclusion 结语 “相观而善之谓摩”，此次活动为英语组教师提供了一个交流与学习的契机，有利于我校英语教师不断加强学科素养理论学习，积极创新教学方法，转变教育教学观念，提高教材分析能力，在新的教育背景下做一名符合时代发展需要的优秀英语教师。 This activity provided an opportunity for English teachers, which was conducive to constantly strengthen the theoretical learning of subject literacy and teaching methods. We firmly believe that more chances like this can be expected in the future. 　　Iv. A Poem Dedicated to Teachers 献给老师的一首诗 这首诗改编自Ray A. Lingenfelter的《Unity》，献给在课堂上塑造学生灵魂的老师。 This poem is adapted from Unity written by Ray A. Lingenfelter, dedicated to teachers who shape the soul of their students in class.
