35, 8);">前言</b></p><p class="ql-block"> 1976年2月，大巴山深处的四川省巴中市巴州区（原巴中县）、南江县籍1000多名热血青年响应祖国的伟大号召，奔赴祖国西北边陲的84707部队（位处酒泉卫星发射基地）卫国戎边。1985年，中央军委发裁军100万令，84707部队属裁减之列，这批青年再次服从祖国的整体利益，转业回地方工作。</p><p class="ql-block"> 当年这批青年，对自己曾经战斗过的地方十分怀念，基于此，已近花甲之年且居成都的部分战友于2013年10月首倡并商定：计划于2015年择时采取自驾游方式，组织部分战友携夫人游军营活动。2015年，因诸多原因导致当年未能如愿成行。</p><p class="ql-block"> 2016年，“<b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">从戎边关四十载、阔别军营三十年 2016重走西北自驾游</b>”活动启动后，立即得到10位战友的积极响应。经过认真筹备，这一夙愿终在阔别军营30年的2016年7月得以实现。</p><p class="ql-block"> 自驾游圆满收官后，在当时苦于未能找到一个将自驾游美好记录予以展示的平台，2018年初识得美篇并开始运用。最近，受诸多美友佳作的启发，特发奇想，何不将2016年自驾游这段意义非凡的旅程，以美篇这个平台予以再现，权作自驾游军营五周年纪念？于是展现当年自驾游每一精彩瞬间的 ”<b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">八个版块</b>“（<b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"><i>筹划敲定待出游、陕西重点游圣地、宁夏游览绕银川、内蒙直奔居延海、战斗营地寻足迹、揽胜东风航天城、甘肃驾游西至东、回蓉聚会话梦园</i></b>） 就逐渐形成了。现呈与当年参与战友及军嫂留作纪念，并与美友们分享！</p> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">之一：筹划敲定待出游</b></h1><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"> 为确保本次自驾游活动有序开展，达到平安旅游、快乐旅游、开心旅游之目的，在成行前的筹划期间，由<b style="color:rgb(237, 35, style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">❼</span>自愿拼车游军营意愿书、<span style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">❽</span>途经各城市区号及交通咨询电话、<span style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">❾</span>沿途高速公路服务区（停车区）及区间里程情况、<span style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">❿</span>途经高速公路（省道）出入口情况、<span style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">⓫</span>西部八省（区）简称及沿途各市车牌号情况、<span style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">⓬</span>途经各城市市情、著名景点以及特色小吃简介、<span style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">⓭</span>友情提示等十三方面内容进行了重点研究和确定，在此基础上制定了详尽的共45页《活动指南》。同时，制作了“<b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">从戎边关四十载、阔别军营三十年 2016重走西北自驾游</b>”巨幅横标。</p>
