When she reads,she needs to wear glasses. But she loses her glasses. Grandma looks under the chair.She finds nothing but her pen.She likes writing. Grandpa looks in the drawer. He finds his book.He likes reading so much. George looks on the table. He finds a comic book. He likes reading comic books. Lisa looks under the cushion. And she finds his Teddy Bear. She is very happy. Mom looks behind the curtains. And she finds her shoes. She is very happy. Everyone comes to help. But they can’t find anything. At last, George finds an interesting thing. Grandma’s glasses are on her head. Hahaha… Lesson 2 A Travel Summer holiday comes.We deside to visit grandma. I miss her so much.First, we get in the taxi. Then, we get in the train. The train is so cool. And we get on the bus. At last, we get on the plane. I like flying. It is so fun on the plane. We have lunch on the plane. The food is yummy. And we have a sleep on the plane,too. We sleep well. After a long flight, we get off the plane.We see grandma.This is the happiest thing. Lesson 3 It's Great to Be Small Emma is the smallest elephant in the world.Sometimes it is the happiest thing in the world. But sometimes it isn’t ! Emma likes playing with water. But its mum feels worried about it. Mum thinks it is dangerous. Why I am so small? I hate being small. Be happy. I am smaller than you. But I am happy. I will play with you. You are so cute. Let’s be friends. Little Mouse, don’t be afraid of the big elephants. <div>Hahahah...I am not afraid of them. </div> Suddenly, the big elephants all run away. They are afraid of the little mouse. They become good friends and play happily without getting hurt. Lesson 4 Rebecca at the Funfair Lily goes to the fun fair with her parents at the weekend. Sometimes Lily looks thin, sometimes she looks thick.That is funny. Sometimes Lily looks very tall, sometimes she looks very short.That is funny. Haha…That is fun. But I still like who I am. Wow! That is exciting. Let’s play. At first, Lisa really enjoys it.Sometimes she goes up. Sometimes she goes down. At last,Lily feels sick in the end. Help! I feel bad, Mom. I won’t play it any more. Wow! That is interesting. Let’s play. Lily gets a dog. Lily gets a cat. And Lily gets a bear. Mom,Dad.I do like the fun fair. Lesson 5 My Family There are seven people in my family. They are my grandpa, grandma，dad，mom，sister，brother and I. We have different hobbies. Look！This is my mom. She is a housewife. She likes planting. She plants well. This is my dad. He is a doctor. He likes baking. He bakes well. This is my sister. She is a student. She likes singing. She sings well. This is my brother. He is a student，too. He likes painting. He paints well. This is my grandma. She doesn't work. She likes reading. She reads many kinds of books. This is my grandpa. He doesn't work，too. He likes running. He has a healthy body. This is my family. We all like to eat. We enjoy the delicious food. So we also have the same hobbies. We live a happy life. I love my family. Attention： Didifferent people have different hobbies. Lesson 6 The Best Sandcastle We go to the beach at the weekend. We love beaches.And we love the blue sea. We make sandcastles. I think mine is the best. And my sister thinks hers is the best. My sister puts more sand on it. Her sandcastle gets bigger and bigger. And I put a flag and many shelves on the sandcastle. My sister keeps putting more sand on it. Her sandcastle gets bigger and bigger. And I put some stones on the sandcastle. My sandcastle is getting more and more beautiful. Mine is the best. Do you think so? Suddently, a wave comes… Lesson 7 The Wind The wind can do lots of things. For example,it can blow a kite. So the kite can fly high. The wind can blow boats. So the boats can drive fast. The wind can blow leaves. So the leaves can dance beautifully. The wind can blow seeds. So the seeds can fly away. The wind can blow small windmills. So the windmills can twirl fast. The wind can also blow big windmills. So the big windmills can twirl fast. The wind can blow sand into nice dunes. The strong wind can do bad things. It can blow trees down. The wind can blow houses down. The wind can blow on the sea and make big waves. Of course,the wind can blow on the sea and make small waves,too. Children like to play with the small waves. Lesson 8 Elephant's Ears Little elephant has two big ears. And its ears flop over his eyes. So it dare not to visit the ear dresser. The goose ties a bow around her ears. But little elephant feels painful. The monkey puts some banana peels on its head. But little elephant feels sticky. It is uncomfortable. The snail gives its shell to the elephant. But it is too small for it. At last, little elephant desides to visit the ear dresser with his mom. The shopkeeper gives it a special nice hat.It likes the hat very much.Everyone thinks its hat is the most wonderful. Lesson 9 Three Goats A troll hides under a bridge. It’s very ferocious. Three goats are eating some flowers and grass on the grassland. They want to cross the bridge and get some fresh grass. But the troll is sleeping under the bridge.It looks very ferocious. But it looks small.So they deside to cross the bridge. The little goat crosses the bridge first.The goat is so small that the troll doesn’t stop it. Luckily, the yellow goat crosses the bridge, too. Because the yellow goat is not big,too. But the troll stops the big goat from crossing the bridge. The troll is afraid that the bridge will break. The big goat is very strong and brave. It desides to fight with the troll. And the big goat wins. The troll falls into the river. And they eat the fresh grass happily. Lesson 10 The Very Hungry Caterpillar On Sunday morning,I’m very hungry. Wow! There are thirteen apples. I like apples. Yum! On Monday morning,I’m very hungry. Look! There are fourteen cherries. I like cherries. Yum! On Tuesday morning,I’m very hungry. Look! There are fifteen strawberries. I like strawberries. Yum! On Wednesday morning,I’m very hungry. Yummy, yummy！There are sixteen grapes.I like grapes. On Thursday morning,I’m very hungry. There are seventeen cookies.I like cookies. Yum! On Friday morning,I’m very hungry.
