Paperclip dangle.

Hold up a magnet and wave a metal paperclip near it. Does it stick to the magnet.

How many paperclips can you hang in a row?

Magnets pull some metals such as iron and nickel towards them. Most metal paperclips contain iron or nickel, So they are pulled towards the magnet. The pull will probably be strong enough to hold several Paper clips in a row. When the paperclips get too far from the magnet, the pull becomes too weak, so you can't add any more to the chain.

2. Under water trick.

Drop a metal paper clip into a glass of water. Can you put the paper clip out of the water without getting your fingers all the magnet.

Magnets work through water, so you should be able to get the paperclip by dragging the magnet along the bottom and up the side of the glass.

3. Table trick

put a bolt Inside a cardboard box, move a magnet along the side of box, what happens?

Can you move the box by dragging the magnet along underneath the table?

Mike needs work even through solid object such as the box and the table, this means you can make the bolt move( which moves the box) Without touching either of them.

4. Magnet friendly metals

Try using a magnet to pick up different Metal objects, such as some kitchen foil,,a copper coil ,a brass screw and aniron nail. here are some other idea.

Not all metals are attracted by magnets. Objects that contain iron or steel are attracted most strongly. magnets have no effect on kitchen foil, Which is made of aluminum.

裸听做quiz的效果不错,这两天喜欢上了温妮,可能是音频里的伴奏有意思吧
