<p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"> 区域交流共发展</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">为了促进区域教育均衡发展，发挥各校优质教育资源的示范、辐射和引领作用，第三片区于2021年4月21日在小店区十中开展了数学联片教研活动。活动为各校教师搭建了一个集中学习、交流、研讨的平台。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">本次活动主要有三项内容：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">首先是进行观摩课，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">由两位教师进行同课异构。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">内容是八年级数学下册的《提公因式法》，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">第一节是小店区十中的樊瑞琴老师作课，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">第二节是中幅院的武阳老师作课。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">两位老师都充分挖掘教材，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">积极发挥学生的主体作用。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">注重知识的生成与落实。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">樊老师注意知识间的联系，由数的简算，引入公因数，再类比引入公因式，让学生在类比中领悟知识,使学生努力成为课堂主人,达到知识学习与能力培养的统一。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">武老师利用学案导学，发挥小组合作，关注学生知识的落实。从课前导学，到课堂探究，以学生为主体，时刻关注学生的落实情况。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"></span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">接下来两位作课教师与大家交流了教学思路，及教后感想。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">然后各校进行了评议，推荐了教师代表进行评议课。利用“2+2”评议，既肯定了讲课优点，又指出了不足。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">我们要继续聚焦课堂教学，提升课堂效益，充分利用好每次教研活动，在活动中积累经验，不断成长，进步！</b></p>
