-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 云水奖学金是营前中学校友蔡朝禄发起，蔡朝禄是平富乡大潭村人，营前中学1981届校友，毕业于中国人民大学经济学院，硕士研究生，曾供职国泰君安证券公司企业融资部，中银国际证券公司投资银行部，现旅居加拿大。2017年蔡朝禄校友捐资十万元作为我校云水奖学金的首期资金，并逐步吸收各届校友捐助，营前中学云水奖学金宗旨是激励营中学子发奋读书，立志成才，全面发展。获奖对象为学校各阶段考试成绩综合排名全年级前六名的品学兼优学生。学习勤奋刻苦，思想上进，在全县性考试或竞赛中名列前茅，各项表现在校内外影响较大，典型突出，具有引领示范作用的学生。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
