font-size: 20px;">二、2月22日业委会成员到社区，</b><b style="color: rgb(128, 128, 128); font-size: 20px;">与叶芳书记、唐静主任沟通了业委会下一步的工作基本流程。主要商议事宜如下：</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">1、关于第二届业委会备案：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">按规定第二届业委会成员分工公示期满才能报备，已约定2021年3月1号由社区唐静主任和业委会成员到四唯街和区房管局报备；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">报备成功后，刻制第二届业委会相关的公章，并具备完全履职权。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">2、关于上一届业委会离任审计：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">应广大业主和第一届业委会要求，社区叶书记表示由社区和街道组织进行离任审计工作，具体分工如下图</b><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(128, 128, 128);"> 2月24日晚，业委会全体成员与物业公司负责人举行了见面沟通会，会议由潘主任主持，主要内容如下：</b></p><ul class="ql-block"><li><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">双方介绍了各自成员</b></li><li><b style="font-size: 20px;
