<p>Day 1 Dec.10th Thursday</p><p><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> On hearing news that we 'd have a three--day English training and learning, I'm so excited that I couldn't wait to arrive at the school for teachers advanced studies of Jianan.</span></p> <p>Team building.</p><p>First,we sang the song My motherland and I</p><p>Second,we had the oath seriouslytogether.</p><p>Third,it's up to us to decide the </p><p>class leaders .</p> <p>Here are our class leaders.</p> <p>Of course, on the first day the teacher told us the homework definitely.</p> <p>Day 2 Dec.11th Friday</p><p>We begin our learning journey.</p><p>This is our opening ceremony.The leader told us about the requirements and expectations of the training.</p> <p>It's my great honor to have the chance to stand in front of all the teachers to share my the most unforgettable teaching experience.</p> <p>Miss Zan is an expert in English education.First,She showed us some examples of successful lessons.</p><p>Second,she pointed out the problems in our current teaching and how to change the reality and improve our teaching skills.She not only taught us practical teaching skills</p><p> but also expanded our horizons.</p> <p>She sets a good example to us.</p> <p>As is known to all, Mr.Wei is not </p><p>only a famous and skillful teacher </p><p>in xu chang but also in our province. </p><p><br></p> <p>He told us how to make the class</p><p> student-centered.</p> <p>I benefited a lot from his class. As a teacher,it's necessary for for us </p><p>to change with the rapid development of our society. Although the teaching skills that he shared us seemed difficult for us to achieve, I believe we can done it little by little.</p> <p>This lovely girl left a deep impression on me.I was amazed at her ability to host. Although she didn't use</p><p>too many flowery words, I was attracted by her beautiful voice and clear mind. </p> <p>I admired them a lot for their excellent sharings. They shared their experiences about how to carry out</p><p> sratified teaching more efficently.</p><p><br></p> <p>After finishing a whole day's learning，We could meet ourselves in the library without considering our </p><p>daily work, students,family and children, which was so cozy and relaxing.</p> <p>Day 3 Dec.12th Saturday </p><p><br></p><p>Miss .Wang is our English teacher and researcher in Jian AN District.</p><p>She does know exactly what we</p><p>need. She shared how to present a perfect mini class. She emphasized the differences between miniclass and microlecture. </p> <p>In the second part, She presented a classical teaching example </p><p>which was useful and practical.</p><p>At last, she hoped that We would try our best to be a better teacher.</p> <p>In the afternoon， I was so lucky to meet Miss.Xiao. I have never seen a more humorous and lovely teacher than her. All the people in the hall were attracted by her corlor </p><p>and wonderful expressions.</p> <p>She made me believe that Love </p><p>made our class around. As we all</p><p> know, interest is the best teacher </p><p>when we learn something. She told us how to make our students fall in love with our English class successfully. Today, I followed her advice</p><p>and had a successful and lively</p><p> class.</p> <p>It's not difficult for us to find that </p><p>we take everything seriously by </p><p>appreciating each group's homework. I have got so many skills and</p><p>apps that are good for me to get </p><p>more information and improve my computer skills.</p> <p>Day 4 Dec.13th Sunday</p><p>It's our honor to see Miss Zan</p><p>again. This time she gave us more advice and methods on how to</p><p>teach our English writing and words. </p> <p>English writing is a headache for </p><p>both our teachers and students.</p><p>With the help of Miss.Zan, We got a lot of useful and vivid methods.</p><p>The methods are as follows.First,</p><p>We can teach English writing by</p><p>giving model passages.If the students have difficulty in writing, maybe they can imitate the models.</p><p>What's more, we can teach the students by giving key words and sentence patterns.Last but not the least,we should learn to develop</p><p>writing topics and resources by ourselves.</p> <p>Here is a magical motivational </p><p>formula.
