Loudi tea industry development forum held to talk about the reality and future of Xinhua black tea

  11月26日下午,娄底市茶产业发展论坛暨新化红茶品牌发布会举行。湖南省农业农村厅种植业处副处长成智涛、湖南省茶叶学会理事长、湖南农业大学教授肖力争,湖南省茶叶学会秘书长、湖南农业大学教授肖文军、湖南省茶叶研究所所长、研究员张曙光、湖南茶业集团董事长、湖南省茶业协会会长周重旺、湖南省茶业协会名誉会长、研究员包小村,以及茶企、茶馆代表近100人出席。市农业农村局党组书记、局长袁若宁主持论坛,市农业农村局党组副书记、副局长黄建明、新化县政府副县长周晋分别介绍市、县域茶业发展情况,新化县人大常委会主任姜世星发表主旨导向性讲话,省、市专家学者、行业人士及相关部门负责人齐聚一堂,共话新化红茶现实与未来。

  与会专家对娄底茶叶品牌,特别是新化红茶的历史与现实进行了精心剖析,结合娄底茶业特点,给出了针对性很强的科学建议。他们认为,走向未来的娄底茶业,必须找准定位:突出红茶主体、兼顾名优绿茶、精制特色黑茶,并在产品差异化、市场本土化、茶旅融合化、传播高端化上下功夫,创新营销,提质增效。围绕新化红茶+企业品牌战略,实施“一稳(稳住20万亩茶园)、二升(提升综合开发利用率)、三扶(扶持带动主体、重点产业项目)、四化(基地生态化、生产标准化、组织集团化、营销品牌化)”工程,内铸品质,外树品牌,向着华中南红茶大市迈进。 

  论坛强调,要在做好“十四五”发展规划上下功夫,紧盯生态茶园发展目标,加大茶业规划建设力度;要在培育市域茶业龙头企业上下功夫,牢牢抓住龙头企业这个牛鼻子,尽快培育一批辐射面广、带动力强的龙头企业,发展茶叶精深加工,引导鼓励企业研发新产品,推广速溶茶、保健茶、拼配茶等,通过精深加工,努力提升茶业整体效益;各茶企还要抓住长沙设立自由贸易区这个千载难逢的历史机遇,提升素质,转型升级。

论坛指出,从历史中走来的新化红茶,有基础、有不足、有信心、有期待,其做大做强,必须继续深化与湖南农大、湖南茶叶研所等重点科研院所的合作,全面发挥他们科技创新作用,重点围绕茶叶良种繁育、标准化生产、新产品研发、质量追溯等开展成果应用转化;通过引进来和走出去相结合,培养一批茶产业科技创新人才,培养一批用得上、留得住的茶业人才队伍,以让娄底茶叶尽快走入大品牌行列。

Experts at the meeting carefully analyzed the history and reality of Loudi tea brand, especially Xinhua black tea, and combined with the characteristics of Loudi tea industry, gave scientific suggestions with strong pertinence. They believe that the future Loudi tea industry must find a correct positioning: highlight the main body of black tea, give consideration to famous green tea, refine characteristic black tea, and work hard on product differentiation, market localization, tea tourism integration and high-end communication, innovate marketing, improve quality and efficiency. ing on the brand strategy of Xinhua black tea + enterprise, the project of "first stabilization (stabilizing 200000 mu tea garden), second upgrading (improving comprehensive development utilization rate and quality and efficiency), three supporting (supporting and driving main body and key industrial projects), and four modernizations (base ecology, production standardization, organization collectivization, marketing branding)" project was carried out to build quality internally and build brand outside, so as to stride forward towards the big black tea city in central and southern China.

The forum stressed that efforts should be made to do a good job in the development plan of the "fourteenth five year plan", on the development goal of ecological tea garden, and strengthen the planning and construction of tea industry; efforts should be made to cultivate leading enterprises in the city's tea industry, firmly grasp the leading enterprises, cultivate a number of leading enterprises with wide radiation and strong driving force as soon as possible, develop tea intensive processing, guide and encourage enterprises to develop new products We should promote instant tea, health tea and blended tea, and strive to improve the overall efficiency of the tea industry through intensive processing; all tea enterprises should seize the historic opportunity of establishing a free trade zone in Changsha, strengthen the quality inside, establish the image outside, transform and upgrade.

The forum pointed out that Xinhua black tea, which came from the history, has foundation, deficiency, confidence and expectation. To make it bigger and stronger, we must continue to deepen the cooperation with Hunan Agricultural University and Hunan Tea Research Institute and other key scientific research institutes, give full play to their scientific and technological innovation role, and on the application and transformation of improved tea varieties breeding, standardized production, new product research and development, and quality traceability Through the combination of introducing and going out, we should cultivate a number of scientific and technological innovation talents in the tea industry, and train a number of useful and sustainable tea talents, so as to make Loudi tea enter the ranks of big brands as soon as possible.
