刚开始使用手机拨打客户邀约电话时,我总是主观认为客户不会相信,但接下来,我发现,只要语气平和耐心解答客户问题,对产品充分了解,即使无法马上达成交易,客户也会乐意加微信以便后续推介产品,不要给自己太多设限,去做去尝试就有可能。其次,对于理财和定期到期客户,可以根据老师教的方式,从专业的角度帮助客户分析,思路清晰准确,引导客户进入自己的思路,可以仔细算出各类产品收益,让客户从心里认同和认可。
