大山美语明星学员：蔡依彤Super excellent student from Dashan American English：Cai Yitong. 【写在前面的话】：【Words Written in the Front】蔡依彤同学，原本是我带过的众多爱生中的一个，望着孩子一张张往日的照片，眼泪却直在大老爷们眼眶中打转！该生外表温顺但却个性要强！通过高三一年的补习，终于考取了自己理想的大学，选择了自己喜欢的专业，可喜可贺！可是为什么这泪水还忍不住地打转、滴落？…… 是因为“一日为师终生为父？” 是因为从小看大？是因为她跟随这支团队时间最长、陪伴最久？是因为孩子当初讲英语的磕磕绊绊到今天的流利表达？孩子的一张张笑脸引起了我对整个团队近20年的回望！Classmate Cai Yitong, originally one of the many beloved students I have taught, when I looked at the pictures of the past, my tears were rolling in the eyes of the man! The student looks docile but has a strong personality! After a year of high school tuition, she finally obtained her ideal university and chose her favorite major. It is gratifying! But why can’t help these tears rolling and dropping? … Is it because of “being a teacher for one day and a father for life?” Is it because I have seen her grow up from a child? Is it because she has been with this team for the longest time and with the longest company? Is it because the child’s stumbling in speaking English at the beginning leads to the fluent expression today? The smiling faces of the children caused me to look back on the entire team for nearly 20 years! 孩子过几天要上大学走了，却感觉像自己的女儿出嫁一样，不想让孩子走了！明明知道孩子们长大了需要远走高飞，出去历练，需要进入更高的学府去深造，理当是我一直渴望并支持的，但此刻的内心怎么会翻江倒海，竟如此久久不能平静？！ The child will go to university in a few days, but I feel like my daughter is going to be married and don’t want to let her go! I obviously know that the children will grow up to fly high and far, go out to practice, and need to enter a higher school for further study. It should be what I have always wanted and supported, but how can my heart be overwhelmed at this moment, so that I can’t be calm for so long! 看着一批批、一届届的学生从团队走过，从自己年龄到了40多岁的时候，有时经常不论学生年龄多大，总矫情地称呼孩子们宝贝，但我知道我要做的首先是兑现我们彼此的承诺，带出更多优秀的学子！这份教育情怀让我更加明白，在英语学习的背后还有太多比学英语更重要的东西需要带给孩子们，比如爱国、追逐梦想、设定目标、不怕吃苦、勤奋坚持、懂得感恩、大爱与责任以及修炼一颗柔软的心……这些都需要在和孩子们相处和带动中无声地传递！这一切默默的奉献终将伴随我一天天的终老！有时候感觉很累，很疲倦，为了排版打印，拍视频，录播课…… 忘了入睡，但却乐此不疲！蓦然回首，不知不觉中已然幸福在一线教育的战壕里，在“说到”和“做到”的战线上奋斗与坚持……Watching batches of students pass by the Dashan team, from the time I was in my forties, sometimes no matter how old the students are, I always call my children babies affectionately, but I know what I want to do first is to fulfill our mutual promises and develop more outstanding students! This educational sentiment made me understand more that there are too many things more important than learning English that need to be brought to the children behind English learning, such as patriotism, chasing dreams, setting goals, not afraid of hardship, perseverance, knowing how to be grateful, Great Love and responsibility and the cultivation of a soft heart...All these need to be passed silently while getting along with the children and promoting! All these silent dedication will eventually accompany me day by day! Sometimes I feel very tired, for typesetting and printing, shooting videos, recording and broadcasting lessons…I forgot to fall asleep, but I never get tired! When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling, too. I passes around the corner and someone saw my grin. When he smiled, I realized I would passed it on to him. I thought about that smile when I realize it's worth. A single smile, just like mine, could travel round the earth. So if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it undetected. Let's start an epidemic quick, and get the world infected! 天才就是重复次数最多的人。A genius is simply the person who repeats the most times. 不管你在经历什么，告诉自己你一定能应付。相对别人所经历的而言，你是极其幸运的。Whatever you are going through, tell yourself you can handle it. After each one was overcome, I became stronger and more able to meet those that were still to come. 你寻找的人生奇迹，其实一直深藏在你的内心深处。All the wonders you seek in life are deep inside yourself. 能力是你可以做什么，动力决定你做的事情，态度决定你把事情做好。Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it. 未来属于那些相信自己梦想的人。The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. 好习惯一旦建立，就会像坏习惯一样难以打破。Good habits, once established, are just as hard to break as bad habits. 不管多困难、多痛苦，都要向前一步一步的迈向未来。No matter how difficult it is, no matter what pain hits you, choose to move forward and move on and take baby steps into the future.
