Today we went to explore the dinosaurs.</p><p>Now let's go to the dinosaur Park.</p><p>E&F:Hooray，That sounds great.</p><p>M:Let's see what kind of dinosaurs are in the dinosaur museum.</p><p>E&F:Ok</p><p>M:You know what kind of dinosaurs, can you tell me?</p><p>F：Tyrannosaurus rex、stegosaurus、Triceratops</p><p>M:Wow,You know a lot of dinosaurs.</p><p>Do you remember peppa Pig's family also went to the museum?</p><p>E&F:Yes.</p><p>M:Ok,Let's start with the adventures of one of Peppa Pig's museums.</p><p><br></p> <p>This is the dinosaur park. Here we are.</p><p>It was so hot outside today that we hurried into the dinosaur museum to cool down.</p> <p>1、Tyrannosaurus 霸王龙 [tɪˌrænə'sɔrəs]</p><p>Tyrannosaurus rex, or T. rex, is one of the most well-known dinosaurs.</p><p>Tyrannosaurus rex was a large, predatory dinosaur. It stood on two powerful hind legs, and had a muscular body and tail. Its arms, compared to the size of its body, were tiny. T Rex had two claws at the end of each arm, and its feet had three claws, with an fourth located further up the foot.</p><p>霸王龙是一种大型食肉恐龙它站在两只强壮的后腿上，有一个肌肉发达的身体和尾巴。它的手臂和身体相比很小霸王龙每只手臂的末端有两个爪子，它的脚有三个爪子，第四个爪子在脚的上方。</p><p>T Rex had a flexible neck, allowing it to make quick changes in direction in order to grab fleeing prey.</p><p>霸王龙有一个灵活的脖子，使它能够迅速改变方向，以抓住逃跑的猎物。</p> <p>2、Pteranodon无齿翼龙[tə:r'ænədən]</p><p>It had a beak（鸟喙）,like a bird</p><p>it was not a dinosaur, but was a close relative of the dinosaurs. Pteranodon's wing-span is longer than that of any known bird. It had a crest [krest] on its head, no teeth at all, and a very short tail.</p><p>Pteranodon means “Toothless Wing.” Although they had no teeth, Pteranodons were carnivores.[ˈkɑrnəˌvɔrz]食肉动物. They had long sharp beaks, They hunted for fish by flying low over oceans and lakes. They may scoop fish 捞鱼straight out of the water and swallowing them whole.</p> <p>3、Stegosaurus [ˌsteɡə'sɔrəs]剑龙</p><p>it had spikes尖状物 ,like a lizard</p><p>Stegosaurus means "roofed lizard".</p><p>Although the Stegosaurus body was large, the size of their brain was only around the size of a dog’s.</p><p>It was a herbivore and likely fed on ferns, plants and other vegetation.</p><p>Its tail with its four spikes was a mighty weapon and it’s called a thagomizer. Stegosaurus could rotate its body quickly, whipping the tail with deadly accuracy for maximum effect. Maybe it should be called the pulverizer! It walked on four, thick legs, and had a short but powerful tail.三角龙身材矮胖，体格健壮，大约有大象那么大。它用四条粗腿走路，尾巴短而有力。</p><p>The Triceratops was a plant eating (herbivore) dinosaur.</p><p>It had a large frill and three long horns protruding from its head.。It needed its three horns to try and protect itself from the Tyrannosaurus Rex which lived during the same time period.</p><p>It had one of the largest skulls proportional to body size of all land animals.</p> <p>5、Dilophosaurus 双脊龙；双冠龙；双棘龙</p><p>it had two crests (冠）on the head</p><p>The name Dilophosaurus means "two-crested lizard".</p><p>Dilophosaurus was a carnivore.Dilophosaurus was the largest meat eater of it's time</p><p>Scientists think the two crests on the Dilophosaurus head were likely only found on males.</p> <p>6、Ankylosaurus 甲龙['æŋkiləu,sɔ:rəs]</p><p>Ankylosaurus is a member of a group of dinosaurs known as the ‘armored [ˈɑrmərd] dinosaurs.</p><p>The signature feature of Ankylosaurus was its body armor. Huge plates of bone were embedded into the skin which helped protect the Ankylosaurus against attackers.
