color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">参与8.8户外欢乐跑活动前后需知:</b></p><p><b>一、参与活动前一晚</b></p><p><b>1、不要熬夜。</b></p><p><b>2、不要大量喝酒。</b></p><p><b>3、不要吃辣的、上火之类的食物。</b></p><p><b>4、不要饮冰冻饮料。</b></p><p><b>二、检查好活动装备。手机充足电量。</b></p><p><b>三、请带上多件上衣更换。（活动现场有工作人员帮大家看管背包。）</b></p><p><b>四、到达码头:</b></p><p><b>1、为了安全起见。请大家列队上下船。（禁止插队、禁止拥堵）等。</b></p><p><b>2、请大家注意安全，带小朋友的，请带好小朋友。</b></p><p><b>五、活动过程:</b></p><p><b>1、“冬松岛”集体合照。</b></p><p><b>2、活动前集体热身。</b></p><p><b>3、听指令，再开始跑步，过程中必须听从安排与指挥。（前30名，必须在2.5公里处领取2.5公里卡再返回，才算有效成绩，否则无效）</b></p><p><b>4、本次欢乐跑活动重在参与，所以请参与者量力而跑。</b></p><p><b>六、欢乐跑结束后大家顺序上船返回和安聚餐。</b></p> <p><b style="font-size: 20px;
