He wants to marry a princess.</p><p> 王子很不开心。他想娶一位王妃。</p> <p> He looks everywhere. He can not find a princess.</p><p> 他四处寻找，也没能找到。</p> <p> He meets many princess.</p><p> 他见了很多公主。</p> <p> Some are too old.</p><p> 有的太老。</p> <p> Some are too small or too big.</p><p> 有的年纪太小，有的年纪太大。</p> <p> Some are not beautiful.</p><p> 有的太丑。</p> <p> One day, a girl comes to a castle. It is raining. “ I`m a princess.” She says. “I need a bed.”</p><p> 一天，外面正下着雨，一个女孩来到城堡。“我是一位公主。” 她说。“我需要一张床。”</p> <p> The prince likes the girl. But he does not think she is a princess.</p><p> 王子很喜欢这个女孩。但是他认为她不是公主。</p> <p> He has an idea.</p><p> 他有了个主意。</p> <p> The prince makes the bed for her.</p><p> 王子为她铺床。</p> <p> He puts a pea under 23 mattresses.</p><p> 他把一颗豆子放在了23层褥子下面。</p> <p> The next morning, the prince talks to the girl. “ I`m black and blue.” She says. “Your bed is so hard.</p><p> 第二天早上，王子和女孩聊了起来。“我的身上又青又紫。” 她说。“你的床太硬了。”</p> <p> The prince thinks, “ Only a princess can feel the pea under those mattresses!”</p><p> 王子心想，“只有真正的公主才能感觉到褥子下面的豆子！”</p> <p> “ Only a princess is so soft.”</p><p> “只有真正的公主才会如此柔软。”</p> <p> He asks, “Will you marry me?”</p><p> 他问，“愿意嫁给我吗？”</p> <p> The prince and his princess take the pea to a museum.</p><p> 王子和公主把这颗豆子放到了博物馆。</p> <p> Now everyone can see it.</p><p> 这样大家就都可以欣赏它了。</p>
