I don't know what that dream is that you have？ I don't care how disappointing it might have been as you have been working hard towards that dream.But that dream you're holding your hand that is possible. So fight for yourself!Maybe you will say it’s hard.Yes, it’ not easy .it is hard time for all of us.

RINGT NOW. Our country is facing a tough time .we are all facing a tough time .You can't go back to our school，I can't go back to my job.But some people there are still working day and night，no matter how exhausted they are or how dangerous it is.

This is A war.it's a war without guns,booms or smoke. But it's a war with virus ,doubts and fear.You're not the only one who is fearing you're not the only one who is struggling.

Not just the doctors，nurses，the policeman and scientists who should fight .

All of us should be a fighter in this war. This is going to be a fierce and cruel war . We do not how long it gonna take or what cause we have to pay. but there's one thing I am quiet sure That is we are going to win this war together in the end. But one question ,what’s your contribution can be in the future?

May be in the future You want to be a doctor，you wanna be a scientist，you wanna be an educator.Maybe in the future you could be an inventor or innovator,maybe you could be will be good enough to come up with a new medicine or Vaccine,But the first step, you should have good education. So invest yourself.fight for yourself

What you're doing today will determine whether you have the value to face the challenge tomorrow.So take full of your responsibility and take full advantage of you what you have and make it. For all of you，you're lucky. You have the most dedicated teachers，the most supportive parents，the best school here.This is our values for our teachers to inspire you to study hard to fulfill your dreams.

But none of it will make differences. Unless you show up in front of screen everyday，unless you pay attention to teachers everyday，unless you listen to your parents and grandparents ,unless you put into hard work today.I know it's hard，it's hard sitting all day in front of the screen.I know it's hard getting up so early. But there is no excuse for you not to try your best for your better future,but it's your dream to wake you up to try hard. The story of success is not about people who quit when things got tough. If you want it，go to get it.So don't let your parents down .Don't let your teachers down，don't let your school down. most of all, don't let yourself down.

Make us all proud of you. let your parents proud of you. let your school proud of you.it's your responsibility. the real change of growth，comes when you have trouble or difficulties. To remain grateful for absolutely everything you have. We just have one hundred days left. every day counts.

我不知道你的梦想是什么。 也许你在为梦想付出努力但还是没有进步而很失望失望，但是记住你心中的梦想是可能实现的。 为你自己而战吧！

也许你会说这很难，是的，不容易。 对我们所有人来说都很艰难。 现在我们的国家正面临困难时期。 我们都面临着艰难的时刻。同学们不能回学校，我也不能回去工作。 但有些人还是日以继夜地工作，不管他们多么疲惫，多么危险他们还在坚持。 这是一场战争。 这是一场没有枪，没有爆炸，没有硝烟的战争。 但这是一场与病毒，怀疑和恐惧的战争。 你不是唯一一个害怕你不是唯一一个在奋斗的人，不仅仅是医生，护士，警察和科学家，他们应该和我们所有人一起战斗，在这场战争中应该是每个人都是一个战士。 这将是一场残酷的战争，我们不知道要花多长时间，也不知道我们要付出什么代价。 但有一件事我很确定，我们最终会一起赢得这场战争。 但有一个问题，你未来能贡献什么？ 也许在未来，你想成为一名医生，你想成为一名科学家，你想成为一名教育家。 也许在未来你可以成为一个发明家或者创新者，也许你可以成为一个足够优秀的人来研发新药或者疫苗，但是第一步，你应该接受良好的教育。 所以投入自己的精力，为自己而战，

你今天所做的决定了你是否有能力面对明天的挑战。 所以要充分承担你的责任，充分利用你所拥有的，并使之成为现实。 对你们所有人来说，你们都很幸运。 你们有最敬业的老师，最支持你们的家长，这里最好的学校。 我们老师的价值是激励你们努力学习，实现梦想。 但这些都不会有什么效果， 除非你每天都出现在屏幕前听课，除非你每天都在认真听课，除非你听从父母和祖父母，除非你今天努力学习。

我知道这很难，整天坐在屏幕前很难，我知道这么早起床很难。 但是你没有理由不为你更好的未来而努力，但是你的梦想在唤醒你努力。 成功的故事不属于在困难时就放弃的人。 如果你想要，就去争取，所以不要让你父母失望。 不要让老师失望，不要让学校失望。 最重要的是，不要让自己失望。

让我们都为你骄傲。 让你的父母为你骄傲。 让你的学校为你骄傲。 这是你的责任。 真正的成长变化，是在你遇到困难或困难的时候发生的。 对你所拥有的一切要心存感激。 我们只剩下一百天了。 每天都很重要，是时候为你所拥有的而奋斗了，如果你想要，就去争取吧。 我相信你！ 为你自己而战！

这是网上一张图片，特殊时期，老师们成了主播？老师们也想尽自己的努力，助力同学们高考，体现自己的价值。

你永远不知道，屏幕前的老师，为了上好这一节课，克服了重重困难，安装软件、调试设备、测试网络、反复试讲，被电脑折腾到半夜，你永远不知道，班主任老师每天早早接龙打卡、上报数据、直播上课，为了备好一节课而殚精竭虑、失眠脱发；还有很多老师想尽一切办法、寻求家人帮助、手机电脑反复切换，为提升大家的听课效果而苦苦思索。

我们班数学王老师在大连不方便上课，由组内郁得环老师帮带，体现华山教研团队的互帮互助，郁老师真的很负责，每天上大课，自己带2个班，有2个孩子，小宝贝才2岁，还要给4班孩子上课，布置作业，对答案，批改和评论作业，昨晚改到晚上1点多，为郁老师的认真负责感动。感谢郁老师。
我们班地理老师夏亚新也是为了直播效果更好，更是专门离开舒适的家和家人的陪伴，独自搬到了高中部院内，为了更好地完成每天的网课。也每天在上大课，每天落实和在线答疑作业问题。
我们的历史刘凤云老师，刘老师从放假的第一天开始就每天反馈和在线指导同学们学习，严抓作业落实了，和在线听课情况。坚持就是胜利，刘老师已经坚持了1个月了，刘老师自己也是妈妈，也有2个孩子要照顾，小宝年龄也很小。为老师的坚持和认真负责感动！
我们班语文老师孙斌斌老师自己是班主任，每天各种表格，各种打卡，每天都坚持认真负责的严抓本班语文教学工作，及时落实和督促激励同学们作业打卡和在线学习情况。
我们政治老师蒋冬梅是小尖班的老师，压力更大，也是要每天给小尖班上大课，每天备课量很大，孩子上初中也是关键时期，老师们的付出真的超乎想象。
 我这个班主任，天天催大家打卡，报数据，还要上大课，不过我们老师们乐意为你们服务，这也是我们的价值体现，我们愿意陪你们一起奋斗一起加油＾０＾~

　　希望同学们都能够制定明确的学习时间表（最好贴在书桌前），合理规划每天的学习任务和作息时间。每天早上梳理当天的学习任务和目标（如复习专题一、背诵课文二、记背单词30个等），打卡完成。充分利用下午自习和晚自习，完成学习任务或自主学习，尽量保持和学校一致的时间表，待正式复课也可以很快适应。切不可浑浑噩噩、顺其自然、黑白颠倒、漫无目的、晚上熬夜、早上赖床。请同学们认真听好每一节课，做好每一份业！加油＾０＾~老师相信每一个孩子！！
