说初一，一年从头吉

人有“八字”，决定人一年运势的，同样有八个字。这八个字出自《易经》，天时上全部要追溯到正月初一，以正月初一为源头和根基。对人最美好的祝愿是什么？身体健康，事业有成。此八字关系的，正是这两点。

这便是——三阳开泰，元亨利贞。里面满满是老祖宗观天法地以指引人事的大智慧，诉说着“一年从头吉”的妙谛。

悟之，初一，便是大吉之日。

《易经》说初一

很多人都知道“三阳开泰”，却不知道这个成语出自《易经》，并与初一有着直接而紧密的关系。

三阳开泰，何为“三阳”？按照《易经》对天时节气的解释，冬至是“一阳生”，腊月是“二阳生”，正月则正是“三阳生”，表示的是阴气趋向于衰竭而阳气趋向于鼎盛，大地上是冬去春来、万物复苏，开始走向欣欣向荣。

什么又是“开泰”？出自《易经》的泰卦。此卦的组合是上面三阴爻、下面三阳爻，乾在下、坤在上，意象为天在下、地在上，呈现出一种阴阳势力均等，阳气上升、阴气下沉而天地相交、乾坤相合的趋势和气象。

《系辞上》所谓“生生之谓易”，“三阳”开启的就是一条生生不息之路，展现出其中的次第变化历程；《系辞下》所谓“天地氤氲，万物化醇；男女构精，万物化生” ，“开泰”中的阴阳平衡与沟通则是万物生发的内在动力。所以“三阳开泰”所表达的，正是一种亨通和顺利。

三阳开泰的核心是“阳”，是阳气主宰了这个过程。人体是一个小宇宙，只有与天时的阴阳之气同步才能健康，所以中医上也有人体的三阳开泰的说法，也要靠一阳到三阳这样逐步生发阳气的过程，实现身体的康健。

如何生发？就是三点——动则升阳、善能升阳、喜能升阳。

动则升阳

《吕氏春秋》中说：“流水不腐，户枢不蠹。”流动的水不会发臭，常转的门轴不会遭虫蛀。三国神医华佗《五禽戏》也说：“动摇则谷气消，血脉流通，病不得生”，人只要多动一动，那么就气血流通，百病不生。

所以动，是生命力的真正来源。动，对应的正是阳，动便生阳气。

这是现代人所最忽视和匮乏的一点。上班时坐在办公室里，出门就坐车，回家又坐着看电视、玩电脑、玩手机，一天绝大多数时间都是坐着的。不动则阳气不得升发，气血就瘀滞了，长此以往身体怎能不病呢？

新的一年，要想身体健康，就要让身体动起来。

古人说，喜则阳气生。这是一种生活智慧，多读些喜欢的书，多做些喜欢的事，多见些喜欢的人，就是在升发阳气。

只生欢喜不生愁的人，在古代被称为神仙。喜是人生的一种大境界，能够保持一颗欢喜心，对身体的滋养比吃什么灵丹妙药都管用。

每个人都想把握命运，每个人都想改变命运，如何做到呢？阳气如果旺盛，不仅不会受到病邪侵害，还能使人精神平和愉悦，于是就为心想事成打下了良好的底子，所以升发阳气正是一种改造命运的好方法。
