<h3>清凉山,即代州雁门郡五台山也,于中现有清凉寺,以岁积坚冰,夏仍飞雪,曾无炎暑,故曰清凉。五峰耸出,顶无林木,有如垒土之台,故曰五台。表我大圣五智已圆,五眼已净,总五部之真秘,洞五阴之真源,故首戴五佛之冠,顶分五方之髻,运五乘之要,清五浊之灾矣</h3> <h3></h3><h3>东台名望海峰,海拔2795米,东台顶上"蒸云浴日,爽气澄秋,东望明霞,如陂如镜,即大海也,"故冠此名。由于海拔高,台顶气温低,盛夏之时节,仍须穿棉衣。中国佛协前会长赵朴初填词赞曰:"东台顶,盛夏尚披裘。天著霞衣迎日出,峰腾云海作舟浮,朝气满神州。"</h3> <h3>华北屋脊</h3> <h3></h3><h3>北台名叶斗峰,海拔3058米,五台最高,"华北屋脊",台"顶平广,圆周四里,其下仰视,巅摩斗杓,故以为名。"康熙皇帝赋诗赞曰:"绝磴摩群峭,高寒逼斗宫。钟鸣千嶂外,人语九霄中。朔雪晴犹积,春冰暖未融。凭虚看陆海,此地即方蓬。"</h3> <h3><h3>中台翠岩峰,海拔2894米,台"顶广平,圆周五里,巅峦雄旷,翠霭浮空,因以为名。"有诗赞曰:"群峰面面拥奇观,朝雨和烟积翠峦。策杖千山浑不倦,披裘六月尚余寒。苍崖碧嶂周遭合,古木黄沙四望宽。云雾渐看山半起,却疑身已在云端。"</h3></h3> <h3></h3><h3>西台名挂月峰,海拔2773米,台"顶广平,月坠峰巅,俨若悬镜,因以为名。"有诗赞曰:"西岭巍峨接远苍,回瞻乡国白云傍。孤峰岭翠连三晋,八水分流润四方。晴日野华铺蜀锦,秋风仙桂落天香。当年狮子曾遗迹,岩谷常浮五色光。"<br></h3> <h3><h3>南台名锦绣峰,海拔2485米,"顶若覆盂,圆周一里,山峰耸峭,烟光凝翠,细草杂华,千峦弥布,犹铺锦然,故以名焉。</h3></h3> <h3>五台山</h3><h3>《月灯经》说,</h3><h3>哪怕只是朝着五台山走七步,</h3><h3>也有很大的功德。</h3><h3>穿越生命大朝台,</h3><h3>取意穿越轮回,</h3><h3>穿越生活中模式(轮回模式),</h3><h3>踏上朝台之路,</h3><h3>在文殊菩萨的净土上寻找生命真谛,</h3><h3>找寻心灵的归宿。</h3> <h3>佛曰:一花一世界,一草一天堂,一叶一如来,一砂一极乐,一方一净土,一笑一尘缘</h3> <h3>舍利子,色不异空,空不异色,色即是空,空即是色,受、想、行、识,亦复如是</h3> <h3>列子御风神游:心凝神释,骨肉都融,不觉行之所倚。足之所履,随风东西,犹木叶干壳。意不知风乘我耶?我乘风耶?</h3> <h3>The Art of Travelling</h3><h3>travel is such a wonderful experience! Especially when you forget you are travelling. Then you will enjoy whatever you see and do. Those who look into themselves when they travel will not think about what they see. In fact,there is no distinction between the viewer and the seen. You experience everything with the totality of yourself, so that every blade of grass, every mountain, every lake is alive and is a part of you. When there is no division between you and what is other, this is the ultimate experience of travelling.</h3> <h3>如澄浊水,贮于静器,静深不动,沙土自尘,清水现前,名为初伏客尘烦恼;去泥纯水,名为永断根本无明。明相静纯,一切变现不为烦恼,皆合涅槃清净妙德</h3> <h3>过去心不可得,现在心不可得,未来心不可得</h3> <h3>凡所有相皆是虚妄。若见诸相非相,即见如来。</h3> <h3>如心动则人妄动</h3><h3>人生在世如身处荆棘之中</h3><h3>心不动,人不妄动</h3><h3>不动则不伤</h3><h3>如心动则人妄动</h3><h3>伤其身痛其骨</h3><h3>于是体会到世间诸般痛苦</h3> <h3>万事万物皆变动不居。苟执著于某物而不能释怀,则徒然增加心中之块垒。</h3> <h3>life itself must be grasped in the midst of its flow; to shop it for examination and analysis is kill it, leaving its cold corpse to be embraced.</h3> <h3>心有欲求,则为俗事所困所绕;无所欲求,便只余事物之理,得其智</h3> <h3>不住于相,般若立现</h3>
