white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">一年零三个月前，我是受约来帮助组建银发合唱团的，当时我和大多数歌友一样，在音乐上是零基础的。经过大家一年多来的不懈学习，努力，坚持，平均年龄在76岁以上的合唱团已有了三个方面可喜的实质性变化：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">其一，由一群基本上不会唱歌不识谱的老人，演变成能唱20多首民族歌曲，其中14首三声部专业合唱歌曲，有点专业味道的大合唱群体，还成立了一支小有水准的小合唱队！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我们始终坚持业主进合唱团零门坎原则，主动邀请80岁以上老人，有病有残疾老人参加合唱团。如何为他们提供更好的服务，更大的帮助，是我们工作的重点和出发点！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);
