<p>现在是黄鱼(东北称为黄花鱼)上市的季节,新鲜的黄鱼还是清蒸最好吃。</p><p><br></p><p>今天(10月21日)我在超市买了3条(近2斤),午餐做了一大盘清蒸黄鱼,老两口吃得那叫一个香!</p><p><br></p><p>清蒸黄鱼,成本适宜,简单易做,营养丰富,超级美味,时令佳肴,呵呵呵。</p> <p><b>材料</b>:大黄鱼1条<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered"><b>辅料</b>:橄榄油适量、盐巴适量、葱适量、姜适量、花椒适量、蒸鱼鼓油适量、料酒少许</p><p><br data-filtered="filtered"></p><p><b>做法</b><br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">1、黄鱼刮鳞,刨肚去肠,清洗干净;<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">2、在鱼两面各斜切2刀,撒少许的盐、料酒腌渍十分钟,在鱼盘中摆放葱段,放上鱼,鱼身上摆上葱姜;<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">3、蒸锅放水,大火烧开,放入鱼盘,大火蒸10分钟左右;<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">4、取出蒸好的鱼;<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">5、倒掉鱼盘中的汤,去掉葱姜,浇上蒸鱼豉油;在鱼上摆放葱丝、红椒丝;<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">6、炒锅放橄榄油,放入花椒爆出香味;不喜欢花椒的可以不放;<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">7、去掉花椒,热油倒在鱼上即可,开吃!<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered"></p><p><b>小提示</b>:<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">黄鱼和荠菜能一起吃。荠菜有利肝明目、利尿止血作用。黄鱼与荠菜同食,可治疗孕妇缺铁性贫血。<br data-filtered="filtered"><br data-filtered="filtered">黄鱼和豆腐能一起吃。豆腐中蛋氨酸含量较少,而黄鱼体内氨基酸含量非常丰富。豆腐含钙较多,而黄鱼中含维生素D,两者合吃,可提高人体对钙的吸收率。豆腐煮黄鱼还可预防儿童佝偻病、老年入骨质疏松症等多种骨病。<br data-filtered="filtered"></p><p><br data-filtered="filtered"></p><p><br data-filtered="filtered"></p><p>编辑</p>
