为庆祝建国七十华诞和炮二师成立七十周年，战友相册(10)搞了次炮二师战友大聚会、大团圆，得到众多战友的热情支持和鼓励，本人倍感欣慰和鼓舞。在这里我再次向所有一如既往的关心、关注、支持战友相册的战友们表示衷心感谢！</h1><h1> 谋划已久的战友相册(11)，又急匆匆的要面见战友了。这个相册主要将一年多来收集到的炮二师战友中涌现出的一些英模人物和成功人士的照片，汇集制成美篇，特意搞一次光彩炮二师人大荟萃，意在学习战友榜样，激励、鞭策自己。同时也乐意与战友们共享、共勉！共同践行习主席所言:崇尚英雄、才能産生英雄；学习英雄，才能英雄辈出。</h1><h1> 最近我在翻阅德国诗人《席勒诗选》时，读了“可敬者”一诗，诗云:“要永远珍视整体！我只能重视个別；我总是在个别之中观看整体。”这首诗阐明了个別与整体的关系和重视个別的意义。”炮二师是一支英雄的战功卓著的部队，有着辉煌的战斗历史和优良的革命传统。在炮二师这座革命的大熔炉里，锤炼出成千上万优秀的干部战士。炮二师人才济济，炮二师英雄辈出。在战争年代，就涌现出不少英雄集体和功勋个人；在和平年代，又涌现出许多先进单位和模范人物。三十多年来，经过在炮二师历练的干部、战士，转业在祖国的各条线上，各行各业中，建功立业，创造辉煌。相册收集了47个战友的照片，有战场上的英雄，训练场上的“能手”，军营里的雷锋，军界的将军，政界的“长”，企业的“老总”，文化界的“家”，他们怀着成功的喜悦，带着奋斗的硕果，捧着大红的喜报，来参加炮二师的群英会。他们灿若繁星，光亮的闪耀在祖国的四面八方。为炮二师增光添彩，成为我们炮二师人的骄傲！做为他们的战友，我为他们高兴，为他们叫好，为他们点赞！</h1><h1> 近日，我看到战友发在朋友圈一帖文，写道:“任何亊情都是一个道理，熬得住出众，熬不住出局——这就是人生”。 在报上还看到一篇感言:题目是恒心是成功定律。其中写道，恒心是干事创业的成功要诀。有持之以恒的韧劲与耐力，咬定青山不放松，就可以在岁月的沉潜中雕刻自我，让人生变得更有意义。还写道，干什么都是三分钟的热度，怎能守得云开见天明，遇见一个更好的自己。这些成功定律之说不正是众多光彩战友功成名就的共同经验。这些天，在制作战友相册(11)过程中，反复看着这些战友的照片和亊迹，在由衷的敬佩、感慨，分享快乐，精神享受之余，觉得更应该认真地学学他们，汲取他们的成功经验。他们有爱党爱國热爱自已事业的忠诚；他们有咬住人生目标，矢志不渝的坚守；他们有做自已喜欢的事，一辈子不松不懈的坚持；他们有一条道走到黑，从不徬徨、毫不犹豫的坚定；他们有百折不挠，挖山不止的执着；他们有精益求精，创造辉煌的追求。他们成功的辉煌大厦就是这样用心血、汗水、辛苦、劳累、勤奋叠加，用坚守、坚持、坚定，持之以恒的努力，历练几十年，日复日，年复年，日积月累堆积而成的。他们的成功是奋斗出来的。他们个个堪称榜样，是很值得我们认真读一读的励志的书。我们正走在夕阳红的大道上，好好学学这些光彩战友，争取能遇见一个更好的自我，为自已增添一缕夕阳之霞光，愿我们也能有一段光彩照人、灿烂美好的时光！</h1><h1>
