She grew up in Europe, speaking a number of languages and now lives in Australia with her family. A graduate of the University of Sydney, she has, over thirty years, developed a great respect and love for Chinese culture, frequently travelling to China to visit her many artist friends. It has also been her great joy and privilege to translate the work of several notable Chinese
