white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">……</p> <h3>校长洪文辉致辞，他先深深鞠了一个躬，代表中心学校向退休教师为全镇教育发展做出重要贡献致以诚挚的敬意和衷心的感谢。洪校长深情回忆自己父辈，当年那些农村教师的教育故事。茅棚是教室，祠堂当课堂。油灯、咸菜是标配，复式教学是常态，六天工作都住校。工资低，舍小家，顾大家，愧对妻儿。他们扛起了农村教育的新天地，是默默的英雄，是农村的脊梁。祝愿大家享受天伦之乐，幸福晚年。</h3><h3>寄语新教师，如今党委、政府十分关注教育、关心教师，工作环境大为改善。新教师要有担当，爱岗敬业，以老教师为榜样，走进课堂，面对孩子们的眼眸要有责任感、幸福感。要比进步、比成绩，做一名光荣的乐丰教育人……</h3> <h3>退休教师分享了自己宝贵的从教经验和阅历。吴乐付老师动情讲述，今天的仪式倍感温暖和感动，当年18岁当老师，包班，咸菜很普遍，工资只有每月15元，但走去学校的路上很“神气”。孩子们围在一起，就有一种幸福的感觉。如果人生再来一次，还会当老师（此刻饱含泪水）。万保金校长，讲述在异乡困顿时，一位曾经的学生主动热情的帮助，很受感动，很有成就感。李雪光校长忆峥嵘岁月，力争上游，豪情满怀。更谈到了本次仪式终生难忘，纪念品富有意义，好好珍藏。李跃辉校长满面春风，激动表达了教师最大的光荣就是桃李满天下，感受到新班子、新形象、新面貌，本人还愿意发挥余热，全力以赴支持学校工作。岁老根弥壮，阳骄叶更浓。</h3> <h3>退休教师与新教师交接粉笔。交与接的是一支粉笔，更是一颗红心，一种精神，一份责任，一份期待。忆往昔，一支粉笔两袖清风多少英才遍天下，三尺讲台四季校园几度岁月染芳华。薪火相传，无尚光荣！致敬前辈，激励新人！</h3> <h3>新入职教师宣誓。退休教师是监誓人。宣誓，是一个承诺，一种鞭策，更是一种监督。当然，教育贵在脚踏实地，<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
