white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">精彩却难忘</h3> <h3> 这是我们老王集中学的刘方方老师，她是一个90后，在台下给她导课的是史艳丽老师，没上台之前两个人紧张的无以复加，结果史艳丽老师一句幽默风趣而又充满激情的导入，让严肃的课堂气氛一扫而光，在大家的笑声中刘方方老师好像一下子放松了，顿时有了“<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">莫听穿林打叶声，何妨吟啸且徐行”的洒脱，接下来进入了正常的流程：上课、导入、授课，小结、拓展、作业。整个课堂如行云流水，丝毫没有紧张，让我们欣赏到了方方老师的淡定与从容。最后我们老王集的张巧玲老师为她做了精彩的结课，真诚的为这三位美女老师点赞！</span></h3> <h3> 这是我们班长吴金生老师的微型课——朱德的《回忆我的母亲》。他还真是多才多艺呢，通过“妈妈”这首歌导入新课，最后用插上翅膀的小红心作为板书设计结束，真是一个有心人呢，我经常想，怎么样才算是一个好老师？我们给他们灌输的不仅是知识，还要有一颗善良和懂得感恩的心，我们不能让自己身心疲惫，然后教出一群目光呆滞的学生。我们要在课堂的忙碌中，去享受闲适，课下加强自身的修养，宠辱不惊，在喧嚣扰攘中保持一颗不断滋生教育大智慧的恬淡的心，并教会学生闲适，我想这才是学生喜欢的老师吧！</h3> <h3> 紧张的学习培训快要结束了，我们从青涩渐渐走向成熟，除了磨课，今后我会去聆听马卡连柯的《教育诗》，和罗素畅谈《教育与美好生活》，去体验亚米契斯的《爱的教育》，去接受苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的一百条建议》……我明白在这条教育的道路上会很漫长，但只要我们去努力，孩子们的眸子一定会在我们的课堂亮起来，因为“千淘万漉虽辛苦，吹尽黄沙始到金”！</h3>
