&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;长溪赖氏奖学助学基金会创始人、董事长、宗祠名誉主任、八十九高龄的赖才云老县长讲话。</h3> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2019年长溪赖氏奖学助学颁奖仪式上的讲话<br>尊敬的各位来宾，尊敬的各位父老乡亲：<br>各位家长，各位同学们：<br>大家好！<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 今天，我们长溪赖氏宗祠举行2019年奖学助学颁奖仪式。首先请让我向各位来宾，各位父老乡亲表示热烈欢迎！向各位获奖同学表示热烈的祝贺！<br>我祠现有奖学基金100万元，其中捐赠者：才云全家捐赠50万元，东亮全家捐赠30万元，徳健10万元，渭坤10万元。100万元奖学基金存入私人企业，实行以息养奖。十多年来，祠委会对奖学基金做到了精心管理，廉洁奉公专款专用。我们始终坚持“奖励高才生，扶肋贫困生，激励小学生”的宗旨。自2007年以来，我祠共有458名考入本科大学生分别获得一等或二等奖，长溪小学共有200多名小学生获得了激励奖，75名贫困生提供了资助。设立奖学助学基金是时代发展的需要，是与时俱进的重大举措。其目的是为了我祠多出人才，快出人才，造就更多的品行高尚，知识渊博的优秀人才。<br>&nbsp;
