When we woke up this morning，we were happy to have a sunny day，which we were looking forward to because of several continuous rainy days.

In the morning，Yan told us what the KWL is. It is a way that can be used with our students at the beginning of a lesson or unit to find out what the students already know about the topic and what the students would like to learn more about.

After that，Nick gave us a lesson about how to improve students’ listening ability. We were all attracted by his vivid body language and humorous teaching style.

Nick is telling us the differences of spoken English in different places in America，which is helpful for improving our listening skills.

All the teachers are having a heated discussion with each other.

At the end of the morning classes，Jam told us how to teach reading by using CLT and how to make our reading classes well-organized.

On the second day, all Iearners were excited, I mainly gained the following things.
Firstly, I know how to organize the warm up activities effectively. Then Nick showed us the ways to understand others better when listening–Just listen to main ideas and key words. At last, Marzo carefully explained how to guide students to be good at reading with her patience and examples, from her class, I clearly saw the specific points of skiming and scaning.
Hope all of the teaching ways I have learned above can make my future English teaching go further.

Four foreign teachers gave us five excellent lessons, which included speaking, listening, activities organizing and so on. Nick, one of the foreign teachers, gave his lessons both in Chinese and English,which made his class active and funny. Nick'sexperience showed us that everyone of us should try to speak English, even we may made mistakes. And the activities we learned today will make a great difference to our teaching.
