-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我们不会忘记，在省老年大学拆迁、改造过程中，省委书记刘奇同志三番五次地过问老年大学改扩建工程，对改扩建工程推进过程中遇到的困难和问题多次作出指示，并殷殷叮嘱：“我们要从老同志的实际情况出发，要适应老同志的特点，要改造提供一个让老同志能够安全、便利、舒适使用的校舍。”省长易炼红同志也在不同场合，多次关心过问省老年大学的改扩建工程。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我们不会忘记，省委原副书记、省政协主席姚增科同志为老年大学的改扩建工程多次做出重要批示，并亲自给有关部门和南昌市的同志打电话，要求帮助老年大学的改扩建工程克服一些困难，推进一些工作。还有，省委组织部、省委老干部局为了这项工程，经常主动衔接协调，多方帮我们奔走、多方帮我们联系沟通。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我们不会忘记，南昌市委市政府、东湖区委区政府为老年大学的改扩建工程一路“开绿灯”，最大限度地满足施工进度要求，为老年大学施工创造各方面条件。南昌市委殷美根书记对省老年大学改扩建工程更是有求必应、有请必批，并且主动询问还有什么困难。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我们不会忘记，省里的有关部门对老年大学大力支持。省公安厅克服最大困难，把原办公大楼毫无保留地完整交给我们；省发改委把对老同志的感情融汇到对老年大学改扩建方案精益求精、严格把关上，投入到主动加班加点抢抓加快审批进度中；省财政厅对老年大学办学过程和改扩建等各方面提供经费保障；省编办为解决改扩建后的老年大学教学工作需要，主动为我们增加机构和编制。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我们深深懂得，教学成果的汇报演出与我们的教师和班干部息息相关。可以说，没有优秀的教师和优秀的班干部，就不会有优秀的汇报演出成果，这也是我们把这两者合在一起的初衷。除了今天和明天的汇报演出之外，我们还有264幅书法类作品，近200幅摄影类作品和30多个其他各类文艺节目，无法一一展示在今明两天的舞台上，但它们同样是精品，同样是师生们心血的结晶。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我们深深懂得，在教学过程当中，我们的老师付出了艰辛努力。今天表彰的15位优秀教师中年龄最大的有70多岁，他就是在老年大学从事教学30年，现在教古典文学的熊盛元老师。还有从事教学工作26年的朱晓卉老师，以及21年的陶国华老师、19年的金长春老师、17年的王进辉老师。应当说绝大部分教师把自己最好的青春年华献给了老年大学教学事业。今天受表彰的虽然只有15位教师，只占老年大学45位教师的三分之一。但是你们不计名利、不计得失，默默无闻地耕耘在老年大学这块土地上，为江西老年大学教学发展无私奉献了一切。今天还有36位优秀班干部受到表彰，只占了61个班级183名班干部中近四分之一。但是，这36位优秀班干部是学员与学校、与老师紧密相连的桥梁。我们优秀班干部由于名额所限只有36位，但是优秀的班干部何止36位？还有许多默默无闻的班干部，在任劳任怨地操劳着。不讲别的，就讲这次厅干一班和厅干二班在井冈山游学，为了让学员能够接受教育、能够鼓动群众，能够演出老年大学的风采，这两个班的班长、班干部可谓是把心都操碎了，把一切都想在了前头。有条微信看得我鼻子有些发酸：听到最后一位同学报告平安到家了，我心里一块石头落地了，是夜无眠，皓月当空，一种如释重负的感觉慢慢浸泡了我。从他们身上，我们看到了老年大学的未来，看到了老同志重返舞台的身姿。正是因为有了这样优秀的教师、这样优秀的班干部，我们才能像一家人一样其乐融融地走上社会、走入生活。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我们也深深懂得，我们全体教师、全体学员，为了老年大学的明天，都在用自己的行动，一砖一瓦，为老年大学发展奉献自己的才智。到现在为止，老年大学确实是我们大家值得留恋、值得感怀、值得为之奉献的集体。我们有许多的学员，比如上井冈山的这次游学，一位学员一拿起相机为班上同学一照就是270多张，有报酬吗？没有。还有的学员做的影碟、视频，是一遍一遍、不厌其烦、不怕其难。参加演出的学员，没有节假日，没有星期天，排练经常没日没夜，有的甚至在上台前的几分钟他们也不放过，目的是为了将更好的节目呈献给大家。这是需要一种何等的精神。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我们渐渐明白，世界上的养老模式有多种多样，个人养老习惯也有千差万别，但是如果离开了精神层面的养老，那是没有尊严的养老，是不完整的养老。从这个意义上来说，老年大学就是一大填充。所以，我们必须让老年大学招纳更多的老年学员，让他们在歌声当中、在舞蹈当中、在挥毫泼墨当中、在各种娱乐活动节目表演当中，忘掉年龄、忘掉烦扰、忘掉疾病，让老同志能够重温昔日的岁月。这次井冈山游学，有一位工龄60多年，80多岁的老学员，这次因为身体原因没能上井冈山，感到非常遗憾。他说过去在工作当中经常上井冈山，但是从来没有像今天这样留下遗憾。还有个学员告诉我，她把视频发给女儿女婿，他们回复：“妈妈，你又找回了青春，你又活回了从前。”所以，在歌声当中度过的岁月多么令人难忘。它能沟起人们对过往生活的回想，回到自己曾经经历的苦难和辉煌，从而激发各自对生活的更加热爱。这次老年大学的声乐班只招100多人，但报名的老年同志超过了600人。这是一种多大的需求啊！还有多少人是“嗷嗷待学”！所以我们唯有加快老年大学的改扩建工程，才能尽可能多地满足更多老年同志求学的渴望。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
