　　根据集团公司《关于举办2019年中国南方航空乘务岗位国际化技能大赛的通知》要求，根据阳光南航，美丽客舱建设要求，为了进一步推进南航客舱国际化服务品牌，乘务二部通过开展为期三个月的岗位大练兵（4月、5月、6月）进行大赛海选。参与海选人员598名，岗位大练兵主要内容涵盖：

【安全演练】证件排查，舱门实操，应急设备的使用实操，安全零容忍及安全提问（安全15道题），快速离机演练等等

【服务考核】近期重点服务4项工作，近半年服务业务、线上服务弥补流程，近期服务重点，特餐、特殊旅客的服务禁忌等

【航班运行管理实操】过关规定、关封业务、最新运行管理规定、舱单读取等
