       为认真学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神，推进科教兴州、人才强州、创新驱动发展战略，中共楚雄州委组织部于2019年6月17日至6月19日在州委党校举办为期三天的楚雄州高层次人才州情研修班。
      In order to study and implement Xi jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the 19th CPC National Congress, and improve the development strategy of invigorating Chuxiong through science and education, and strengthening Chuxiong with talents and innovation-driven development，from June 17, 2019 to June 19,2019, the Organization Department of Chuxiong State Party Committee held a three-day State Profile Training Class for High-level Talents in Chuxiong Prefecture in the State Party School.        来自不同岗位、不同县市的州委联系专家、彝乡英才、基层对口培养人员等60位高层次人才齐聚一堂，通过专题学习、分组讨论、现场教学等形式，深入学习，分享心得，既提高了政策理论水平和创新创业能力，又促进了高层次人才相互间的沟通交流，开阔了视野、拓宽了思路，实现了培训办出特色、学员皆有收获的良好预期，科教兴州、人才强州、创新驱动发展战略得到了落实。       Sixty high-level talents from different posts, counties and cities, such as contact experts, talents in Chuxiong, and specified training personnel from grass roots, gathered together to study deeply and share their experience through thematic study, group discussion, on-site teaching and other forms. It not only improves the level of policy theory and innovation and entrepreneurship, but also promotes the communication among high-level talents. It expands our horizon, broadens our thinking mode, and realizes the good expectation that the training has its own characteristics and the students have acquired a lot. We have ensured the effective implementation of the strategy of invigorating Chuxiong prefecture with science and education, and strengthening Chuxiong with talents and innovation-driven development.

       6月17日上午，研修班在楚雄州委党校进行了开班动员。中共楚雄州委组织部副部长李志娟同志作了专题辅导报告。

      On the morning of June 17, 2019, the seminar was held in the Party School of Chuxiong State Party Committee. Li zhijuan, deputy director of Chuxiong State Party Committee, delivered the mobilization speech.

专题讲座之一：《学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想》，由州委党校李志昌老师讲授。 NO.1 “Learning and Implementing Xi jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era” taught by Li zhichang, former vice president, researcher and senior lecturer of the Party School of Chuxiong State Party Committee. 专题讲座之二：《准确把握“1133”战略》，由州委政策研究室副主任李继云同志讲授。 NO.2 “Accurately Grasping the 1133 Strategy” taught by Li jiyun, deputy director of the Policy Research Office of Chuxiong State Party Committee.

专题讲座之三：《心理调试与压力管理》，由楚雄师范学院教授张洁老师讲授。

NO.3 “Psychological Adjustment and Stress Management" taught by Zhangjie, professor of Chuxiong Normal University. 专题讲座之四：《初心三部曲》，由双柏县委党校教研室主任、讲师尹春萍老师讲授。 NO.4 "The Trilogy of Original Attention” taught by lecturer Yin chunping, director of Teaching and Research Office from Party School of Shuangbai Party Committee. 专题讲座之五：《楚雄民族文化》，由楚雄彝族文化研究院院长肖惠华同志讲授。 NO.5“The Ethnic Culture of Chuxiong Prefecture" taught by Xiao huihua, president of the Institute of Chuxiong Yi Culture.

教学点之一：云南摩尔农庄生物科技开发有限公司，深入了解楚雄州科技创新成果。 NO.1 We have visited scientific and technological innovation achievements and product exhibition in Yunnan Morre Garden Biotechnology Development Co., LTD.  教学点之二：楚雄州城乡规划展示馆，深入了解楚雄州城乡建设总体规划，发展亮点，民俗特色和“1133”战略。 NO.2 We have visited Chuxiong Urban and Rural Planning Exhibition Hall, and understood deeply the overall planning on Chuxiong urban and rural construction, development highlights, folk characteristics and the layout of "1133" strategy.

Ending ceremony

       6月19日下午，研修班开展培训小结，州委党校副校长张学龙同志为学员颁发结业证书并作总结发言。张学龙副校长总结到，本次高层次人才州情研修班举办的非常成功，呈现出三个特点，三项收获，三个特点分别是高度重视，内容丰富，管理严格。三项收获分别是有所感，有所悟，有所获。       On the afternoon of June 19, 2019, the training class held an ending ceremony. Zhang xuelong, the vice president of the Party School of Chuxiong State Party Committee, awarded certificate to all trainers and made an ending speech. He summarized that it was a great success to hold such a training class, which has three characteristics and three gains respectively. The three characteristics are: the high attention from host party, the rich training courses and the strict management. The three gains are: great inspiration, profound understanding and huge harvest.        在三天既紧张又充实的培训活动中，60位高层次人才带着发展使命和责任，深入学习交流，研修氛围良好。学员们纷纷表示，此次培训时间虽短，课程有限，但内容丰富，堂堂精彩，让我们见到了名师，取得了真经，增长了知识、开阔了视野、提升了能力。在日后的工作中，将持之以恒地加强学习，把本次学习成果转化为推动工作的动力，做到学以致用，进一步提高政治站位，努力增强创新创业本领，充分发挥人才强州作用，为加快楚雄建设，促进全州经济发展作出自己应有的贡献。

     In the three days of intense and substantial training activities, 60 high-level talents with development mission and responsibility discussed, learned and communicated deeply and thoroughly. A good researching atmosphere is achieved. Many experts expressed that although the training period was short and the course was limited, the content was rich and wonderful, which allowed us to meet famous experts, acquired the truth, increase our knowledge, broaden our horizon and improve our ability. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the learning, turning the training results into the driving force in the course of work so as to put what we have learned into practice. We will further improve our political position and strive to enhance our ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, giving full play to the role of talents in developing Chuxiong prefecture. We will make our contributions to the acceleration of the construction of Chuxiong and promotion of the economic development in the whole prefecture.
