white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 因本人退休后，一直在家带外孙，从未参加社区的任何活动，周围的人也不熟悉。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 方老师是一个十分热心的人，对工作认真负责的精神值得我们学习。走秀队能发展到今天，离不开方老师的关心与支持！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 当时我建议： 社区已有几个队，那我们成立一支走秀队吧！只是初想，没有一点思路，方老师听了非常支持这个想法，“好啊！你的个子高，适合走秀，我再给你社区里推荐几个人，先试试看吧”！就这样，社区走秀队从三无（无人员、无场地、无老师）的情况下成立起来了！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 首先，考虑的是训练场地的问题，走秀不同其他活动，广场、公园有块空地就能活动，走秀训练要求高些，该设在室内进行训练，才能有效果！经过多次的努力，在方老师的指点下，社区领导同意了每周提供一次的活动场地（多功能厅）并指定一名朱师付给开门，姐妹们可以在较好的环境下进行训练，心情特别好。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 在方老师的带领支持下，第一批队员9 人，名单： 薛长娥、宋健丽、谢淑娟、周芙菱、陈水美、应桂英、朱淑华、胡莲珍、郭玉兰、王金雅。正式开始进入训练上课了！队员们都非常喜欢此项娱乐项目，既能学到一些模特姿态的动作，又能享受音乐的美感，还能提高个身体素质与气质！得到了大家的喜爱！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
