梅国强教授：加减柴胡四物汤临证思辨录

        Records of Thoughtful Differentiation of Modified Chaihu Siwu Decoction

简介：梅国强，二级教授、主任医师、博士生导师，国医大师，享受国务院特殊津贴。长期从事《伤寒论》的临床、教学、科研工作。曾任中华中医药学会常务理事、湖北省中医药学会副理事长、湖北省科协常委、湖北省《伤寒论》重点学科学科带头人、第三、四批全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。获中国国际医学交流基金颁发的“林宗扬医学教育奖”。被授予“全国优秀科技工作者”、“湖北省知名中医”、“湖北中医名师”、“湖北中医大师”、“湖北国医楷模”等荣誉称号。入选《当代中国科技名人成就大辞典》。主编全国规划教材及专著10余部。

Bio: Mei Guoqiang, Professor, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, master of national medicine, enjoys special allowance from the State Council. He has been engaged in the clinical, teaching and scientific research work of Treatise on Cold Damage for a long time. He was the managing director of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ab.), vice chairman of the Hubei Provincial Association of TCM, standing committee of the Hubei Provincial Association of Science and Technology, the leader of the key disciplines of Treatise on Cold Damage in Hubei Province, and the tutor of the third and fourth batches of renowned experts of TCM. He was awarded the "Lin Zongyang Medical Education Award" by the China International Medical Exchange Fund. He was also awarded the honorary title of "National Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker", “Well-known Chinese Medicine Practitioners in Hubei Province”, “Master of National Medicine in Hubei Province”, “National Medical Model in Hubei Province” and was selected into The Contemporary Chinese Science and Technology Celebrity Achievement Dictionary. He edited more than 10 national planning textbooks and monographs.

摘要：本文所论柴胡四物汤载于俞根初《重订通俗伤寒论》，主要由《伤寒论》小柴胡汤和《仙授理伤续断秘方》四物汤构成，其主要功效为和解枢机，调理气血。其中，小柴胡汤寒温并用，攻补兼施，升降协调。外证得之，重在和解少阳，疏散邪热，内证得之，还有疏利三焦，调达上下，宣通内外，运转枢机之效，为少阳病主方，而手足少阳分属三焦与胆；脏腑俱在三焦纲络之内，故与各脏腑关系十分密切。四物汤为肝经调血之专剂、理血之要方，又心主血脉，肺朝百脉，肝主藏血，冲脉为血海，任脉主胞胎等，无不与血有关，故本方运用广泛。笔者整理历年临床病案，总结柴胡四物汤临证主治病症：头面疼痛、耳鸣脑鸣、胸胁痛、皮肤病、经期诸证、绝经期前后诸症、便秘等。

Abstract: The Chaihu Siwu Decoction in this article is contained in Yu Genchu's Revised of Popular Guide to Discussion of Cold Damage, which is mainly composed of Xiao Chaihu Decoction of Treatise on Cold Damage and Siwu Decoction of Secret Formulary Bestowed by Immortals for Treating Injuries and Mending Fractures. Its main function is harmonizing keynote, regulating qi and blood. Among them, Xiao Chaihu Decoction is used in combination with cold and warm, purging and tonifying, ascending and descending. It can be used for exterior syndrome, taking the effect of harmonizing lesser yang and expelling pathogen from exterior. It also has the advantages of soothing triple-energizer and regulating qi movement, so as the major preion for lesser yang disease. Moreover, hand and foot lesser yang belongs to triple-energize and gallbladder respectively, viscera are all within the triple-energize network, and they are closely related to each other, therefore, Xiao Chaihu Decoction can also be used for interior syndrome. As the primary preion for blood-regulating, Siwu Decoction is also applicated extensively, for heart governing blood and vessels, lung linking with all vessels, liver storing blood, thoroughfare vessel being sea of blood, and conception vessel governing uterus and placenta, etc., all related to blood. The author has compiled the clinical cases of the past years, the clinical application of Chaihu Siwu Decoction mainly includes the following seven categories: head and face pain, tinnitus and brain buzz, chest and hypochondriac pain, skin disease, menstrual syndrome, perimenopausal syndrome, constipation and so on.

简介：Ka-Kit Hui许家杰博士是Wallis Annenberg 中西医结合讲座教授，现任加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)结合医学合作中心主任, 东西医学中心主任。UCLA 医学院内科教授, 美国内科学、老年病学和临床药理学等医学专业会选定会员, 同时担任世界各地多所大学的访问教授和客座教授。他于1993年率先在美国高等院校创建了一所集临床医疗、 学术研究、培训教育和咨询转介为一体的高层次综合性的UCLA东西医学中心。

Bio: Ka-Kit Hui, M.D., F.A.C.P. is the Wallis Annenberg Professor in Integrative East-West Medicine at the Department of Medicine of the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. As the Founding Director of the Center for East-West Medicine, he is also the Chair of the Collaborative Centers of Integrative Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Hui, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, is an internationally acclaimed educator and researcher and board-certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology, with an expertise in Geriatrics. UCLA Center for East-West Medicine is one of the first integrative medicine centers in the United States.

吴传庆博士：将传统草药研发成植物新药-美国食品药品监督管理局的角度

             Development of Traditional Herbal Medicine to Botanical drug, an U.S. FDA’s Perspective

简历：Charles Wu博士是美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）药物评估和研究中心（CDER）的药物质量和药理学专家级评审员，以及药物质量办公室（OPQ）的植物药评审小组负责人。该小组是一个独立的生药/药理学审查小组，是OPQ直属办公室的指定成员，负责审查所有研究新药(IND)，新药申请(NDAs)，公民请愿(CP)，药房配制(503A) 和顺势疗法药物。吴博士接受过包括中医（TCM）在内的临床医学培训，并获得荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学医学中心博士学位。吴博士于2001年开始在FDA工作, 任职期间，他因研究各种治疗产品（包括化学，生物和植物药）而获得了广泛的监管经验和科学知识并发表了30多篇期刊文章，包括和<科学>。</pnas></pnas>

Bio: Dr. Charles Wu is a Master Pharmacognosy and Pharmacology Reviewer, and the Botanical Review Team (BRT) Lead at the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality (OPQ), in the Center for Drug uation and Research (CDER) of Food and Drug Administration (FDA). BRT is an independent Pharmacognosy/Pharmacology review team, a designated member in the OPQ Immediate Office, responsible for reviewing all investigational new drug (IND), new drug applications (NDAs), citizen petitions (CPs), pharmacy compounding (503A) and homeopathic drugs. Dr. Wu trained in Clinical Medicine including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and earned his Ph.D. from the Medical Center, University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dr. Wu began his career at FDA since 2001. During his tenure at FDA, he has gained extensive regulatory experience and scientific knowledge by working on a variety of therapeutic products, including chemical, biological and botanical drugs, and has published over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles including PNAS and Science and scientific book chapters.

吕文亮：基于脾胃学说防治慢性复杂性疾病的思考——以恶性肿瘤为例

简介：二级教授、博士生导师,湖北中医药大学校长。

摘要：慢性复杂性疾病是现代社会面临的主要医学难题，通过探讨慢性复杂性疾病中医病因病机，提出该病与中医内伤杂病之间具有相关性，脾胃虚弱或脾胃失调是慢性复杂性疾病的共性病机。防治慢性复杂性疾病的着眼点在脾胃，运用脾胃学说防治慢性复杂性疾病中的心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、恶性肿瘤等具有重要的临床意义和价值，值得进一步研究。并以恶性肿瘤为例，提出基于脾胃学说的肿瘤发病观以及基于健脾和胃理论的肿瘤临床防治策略。

王华：针灸治未病理论与应用研究

           Theory and application of preventive treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion

简介：王华，教授，湖北中医药大学学术委员会主任委员、针灸研究所所长、针灸治未病湖北省协同创新中心主任。兼任世界针灸学会联合会执委、教育工作委员会主委；中国针灸学会副会长、针灸治未病专委会主委；湖北省中医药学会会长。

Bio：Professor Wang Hua holds the position of chairman of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine Academic Committee, director of the acupuncture and moxibustion Institute of the Hubei university of Chinese medicine, director of Hubei Provincial Collaborative Innovation Center of Preventive Treatment by Acupuncture and Moxibustion, also holds a concurrent post academic leader of Executive Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS), chairman of the Education Working Committee of WFAS, Vice-President of the China Association of Acupuncture- Moxibustion, chairman of acupuncture in preventive treatment of disease committee of the China Association of Acupuncture- Moxibustion, chairman of Hubei Association of TCM.

讲座内容：治未病，中医学之本位；针灸，治未病之先躯。上工治未病，中医人追求的最高境界；针灸治未病，中医学独具的特色优势。从全方位视角阐述治未病理论的学术内涵，深化对中医学特色的认识；从“三W”（何时、何处、何法针灸）基本要素论述针灸治未病关键技术，挖掘古代医家针灸治未病方法和手段；从临床实践层面介绍“双固一通”针灸法研究成果，为针灸治未病提供一种行之有效的方法。

 Abstract：The theory of preventive treatment of disease is the standard of Chinese medicine; acupuncture therapy is the precursor of preventive treatment of disease. The best measure is to treat the disease before it happens, which is the highest realm pursued by Chinese medicine practitioners. Preventive treatment of diseases by Acupuncture and moxibustion is the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. We should elaborate the academic connotation of the theory of preventive treatment from an all-round perspective and deepen our understanding of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine; discuss the key techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment from the basic elements of "three W" (when, where, and what kind of acupuncture method), and excavate ancient doctors' methods and means of acupuncture and moxibustion for preventing diseases. This paper introduces the research results of "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture and moxibustion method from the aspect of clinical practice, which provides an effective method for the treatment of pre-disease by Acupuncture and moxibustion.

陆飚：妇科盆腔炎，附件炎的针灸中药治疗

           Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Treatment of Pelvic Inflammation

简介：师从杨甲三郑魁山教授，于91年来洛杉矶行医至今，擅长烧山火透天凉手法及针刺扎跳技术，是目前继郑魁山教授之后为数不多的可以用烧透手法使局部施术部位温度升高或降低4摄氏度以上的针灸师，其多名学生也可以达到这个水平。

Bio: Professor Yang ，Jia-san and Zheng ,Kuishan, who has been practicing medicine in Los Angeles since 1991, is good at Setting mountain on fire and penetrating heaven coolness manipulation and needling Qi jumping technique. Now, after Professor Zheng ,Kuishan, a few acupuncturists can use such manipulation to raise or lower the temperature of local operation site by more than 4 degrees Celsius. Many of their students can also reach this level.

摘要：慢性盆腔炎是非常难治的疾病，反反复复，总难彻底根除，病人也羞于启齿告诉医生，有传染性，引起不孕，月经不调，多伴随霉菌感染，中西医治疗效果都不十分理想，笔者经过多年临床经验捋出了辨证的思路，在用药和针灸治疗上取得了满意的效果，今欲与大家分享这一临床心得！

 Abstract: Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a very difficult disease, repeated, always difficult to eradicate completely, patients are also ashamed to open their teeth to tell doctors, infectious, cause infertility, irregular menstruation, mostly accompanied by fungal infections, the treatment effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is not very ideal, the author through years of clinical experience, drew out the idea of syndrome differentiation, in the treatment of medicine and acupuncture has achieved satisfactory results, and now want to be big. Share this clinical experience at conference!

赵软金：针灸和中药在肿瘤治疗中的角色和作用

               The Role of TCM Doctor Plays in the Current Clinical Oncology

简介：赵软金博士行医逾三十年年，是美国传统医学中心主任和AnFaLa药物公司的初创人。是East and West College （中医学院）创始人之一。著有《From Legend to Science》一书。在大量临床实践基础上，提出了神香温通疗法，通过唤醒免疫系统来治疗癌症，救治了无数癌症患者。

Bio: Dr. Ruan Jin Zhao is the director of The Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine, Inc. in Sarasota Florida. He is also the owner of AnFaLa Pharmaceutical Corp. For over thirty years of clinical practice, he has invented and established the Shen Xiang Therapy for Cancer treatment through waking up the immune system, which helps and saves many cancer patients life.

讲课内容：针灸和中药在目前肿瘤临床上仍然有不可取代的地位。既可以与常规肿瘤疗法协同作用，增效减毒，提高病人生存质量，又可以独立使用救治一些特殊癌症人群。更重要的是，针灸和中药的使用旨在建立了一个坚实的平台，让现代医学的治疗手段发挥到极致。同时通过强心调神，温通心阳，调和营卫，芳香开窍醒神来唤醒迷失的免疫系统，彻底改变肿瘤生存的微环境，而成为癌症的终极疗法。

Abstract: Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine (TCM) have its unique role in the current clinical oncology. TCM could be used combining with the routine Surgery- Chemotherapy and radiation therapy to reduce the side effect and elevated the efficiency for anti-tumor, and improve the life quality for patients. It also can be used independently for certain group cancer patients who is physically weak or aged. The more important part, TCM could be used to play a great role to build up a sturdy platform to let the chemo and radiation play its maximum efficacy.

Through strengthening the heart-mind relationship; warm and open the heart Yang Qi; regulating the Ying and Wei Qi; transforming phlegm and with Aromatic herbal to wake up the lost immune system, eventually the tumor environment could be changed and cancer will be eradicated completely.

杨常青：中医本神针法的动神技术

               Guiding shen techniques in Traditional Chinese Medicine

简介：杨常青医生黑龙江中医药大学中医本科及中医诊断学硕士，日本神户大学精神神经科医学博士。杨医生在西洛杉矶个人诊所诊治患者，并且任教于多所美国中医大学的硕士和博士班课程。杨医生现任美国精神健康研究院院长，全美中医药学会神志病专业委员会主任。杨医生根据《内经》理论以神为本提出了本神针法，本神方药，本神心理和本神养生，希望为中医神志理论和实践做出贡献。

Bio：​Dr. Joseph Yang has the bachelor degree in TCM and master degree in the diagnosis of TCM; also he has the Ph.D. degree in neuropsychiatry in Kobe University, Japan. Dr. Yang is working in his personal clinic, and has the multiple positions in the United States in charging of the master’s and doctorial education program. Dr. Yang is the president of American Institute of Mental Health in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Yang addressed the four treatment modalities include ben shen acupuncture, ben shen herbology, ben shen psychotherapy and ben shen conservation, all are based on Inner Classic principles in the purpose of contribution to the mental health in TCM.

讲课内容：中医治疗疾病的原则之一就是形神合一的理论观点，尤其是对神志病的治疗更是独具特色。在对神志病的治疗上，中医有古老的动神技术，不仅使医生与患者的神志心理相合，而且，还可以调整患者的神志活动，使针法治疗能够有效以及可以达到最佳的治疗效果。临床上面对神志病患者，必须首先了解患者的神志状态，神气是神志活动的基础，因此，中医对神志病的诊断是可以用神气的动态活动特点进行相应的归纳总结，从而形成具有中医特色的神志诊断证候，并且以此为根据进而施行动神技术。动神可以有效地驱动患者的神气，使之有效地配合针刺治疗，动神技术不仅可以提高治疗效果，也可以使治疗效率得以提高。在动神的过程中，不仅与患者有了神志的交流，而且能够准确地了解患者的神志活动的微妙变化，这无疑对临床医生来说是非常重要的。

Abstract: Shen and body are in an oneness, this is the one of the principle of TCM when treating any disorder, especially when deal with mental disorder, i.e. the so called as shen disturbance in TCM terms. In the treatment of shen disturbances, doctor should know how to guiding shen, which is a historical technique since far ancient time. It means not just matching the shen energy between doctors and patients; also doctors can regulate the shen of patient using guiding techniques. Therefore it will make the treatment more effective and even can reach the best result. When facing with patients, doctors must have to make mental diagnosis, know the shen and shen energy, i.e. shen qi those are the fundamentals for understanding mental conditions in TCM. Shen qi dynamics is the summary of human mental activities, it very much helps TCM mental diagnosis and know how to guiding shen accordingly. Guiding shen properly can regulate the patient’s mental activity, so that make patients effectively and efficiently cooperate with acupuncture treatment. During the guiding shen activities, not just can make the communication better between doctors and patients, also, doctor will know patient shen situation more detailed and accurate, this is the very important point to mental healthcare doctors. 

王德辉：风湿病疼痛的治疗体会

                Clinical experiences on the management of pain from rheumatic diseases

简介: 王德辉博士，毕业于江西中医药大学，获得中国中医科学院医学硕士和医学博士学位。

现任俄亥俄州立大学临床助理教授，美国中医学院博士班导师, 全美中医药学会副会长,内科专业委员会主任，美国中医校友会副主席，世中联内科专业委员会第二届常务理事，世中联肝病专业委员会第三届理事会理事, Ohio State Medical Board针灸和东方医学顾问委员会顾问. 从事中医临床与教学30余年. 曽发表学术论文多篇，参加编写书籍五本，中译英中医书一本. 

Bio: Dr. David D. Wang received his M.D. and Ph.D. in China. Currently, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Ohio State University and a faculty of the doctorate program at the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Minneapolis, MN. He serves as the Vice President and Chair of Internal Medicine of the American Traditional Chinese Medicine Association and the Vice President of the Traditional Chinese Medicine American Alumni Association. He is an executive council member of the 2nd Board of Specialty Committee of Internal Medicine and a council member of the 3rd Board of Specialty Committee of Hepatology of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. He is an advisor in the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Advisory Committee of the Ohio State Medical Board. He has had over 30 years of clinical and teaching experience. He has also published several research articles and books.

讲课内容: 风湿病，又称痹证（病），是有着共同中医病因病机，临床特点的一组疾病的总称。临床上以肢体关节，肌肉疼痛，肿胀，酸楚，麻木，重着，变形，僵直及活动受限等症状为特征。肢体关节肌肉疼痛是风湿病的首要症状。如何有效地缓解疼痛，是治疗风湿病的一个重要环节。本讲题将深入探讨风湿病疼痛发生的病因病机，分析常见风湿病疼痛的临床特点，分享针灸中药内治外治缓解疼痛的经验和体会。

Abstract: Rheumatic disease, also called Bi Syndrome (Bi Disease), is a general term for a group of diseases that have common Chinese medicine etiology and pathology and clinical characteristics. These diseases are characterized by joint and muscle pain, joint swelling, soreness and numbness, feelings of heaviness in the body, joint deformity and stiffness, and limitation of movements, etc. Among them, joint and muscle pain is the most common symptom. Effectively managing pain is an important step in treating rheumatic diseases. This presentation will discuss in depth the causes and pathogenesis of pain caused by rheumatic diseases, analyze the clinical characteristics of pain in different commonly seen rheumatic diseases, and share the clinical relevance of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in the management of pain.

朱燕中：经典针灸临证方略

               Classic acupuncture clinical practice outline

简介：朱燕中教授，88年毕业于北中医，在东直门医院泌尿外科工作9年，97年来美国加州行医，已经22年，目前主要工作：一是行医，经营两家诊所，每周门诊五天。二是教书，加州中医药大学博士班导师，明尼苏达州美国中医药大学博士班导师，瑞士高等中药学院博士班导师；三是写作，已经出版专著7部，《闯关记我的黄帝内经觉悟之旅》《穴之道》等。

学术观点：遵循中医经典理论，强调中医的客观、逻辑、实用性。

Bio: Professor Zhu Yanzhong, graduated from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1988. He worked in the urology department of Dongzhimen Hospital for nine years, and has been practicing traditional Chinese medicine in California since 1997. Currently, his main areas of are Traditional Chinese medicine practice, teaching and writing. He has clinics in San Jose and Santa Cruz,opens five days a week. In addition he is the doctoral program instructor of California University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the American University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Minnesota and the Swiss Institute of Advanced Chinese Medicine; he also has published seven monographs, “Journey Through the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic” “The Daoism of Acupuncture point”, etc.

讲课内容：中医形成的主客观性，生命的本质，经典逻辑，治病大法。明确经脉运行的本质；重视强调经穴的阴阳五行属性；明确阐明六气、六经、十二经脉的关系；以七损八益为根本大法；临床上归纳总结出九藏针灸，四海针灸，本输针灸等方法。

Abstract: The subjectivity and objectivity of the formation of traditional Chinese medicine, the essence of life, the classic logic, the fundamental of cure. Clarify the nature of the meridian operation; on the importance of the yin and yang five elements and their relationship to the acupoints; accentuate the relationship between the six qi, six jing and twelve meridians; use the “seven losses and eight benefits” theory as the fundamental method; clinically summarize the nine Tibetan acupuncture, four sea acupuncture, ”BenShu”acupuncture and other methods.

吴雄志：中医治疗乳腺癌研究

简介：吴雄志教授，医学博士，主任医师，天津医科大学肿瘤学博士生导师，中国人民解放军总医院客座教授；教育部新世纪优秀人才；发表论文80余篇。创立TMR出版集团并担任主编（已被ESCI收录）；建立一路健康-太湖大学中医在线教育平台。

Bio: Professor Wu, Xiong Zhi, Doctor of Medicine, and Director of Physician, is currently serving the tutorship at the Tianjin Medical University supervising undergrads for doctor degree of oncology. He is also the visiting professor at the Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital, and is honored by the Department of Education as an excellent talent in this new century. He has published more than 80 research papers and established the TMR publishing group serving as the Chief Editor (already accredited by ESCI). Not the least, he started up the online education platform in the Tai Hu Chinese Medicine University during the establishment of the “Healthy All The Way”.

David Miller: Presenting TCM to a western medical audience - what's worked for me

Bio: Dr. David W. Miller, MD, LAc is one of the only MD physicians in the U.S. dually board certified in Pediatrics and Chinese medicine (NCCAOM). His practice East-West Integrated Medicine, LLC is located in Chicago, Illinois, and Dr. Miller enjoys seeing patients of all ages for holistic and integrative care. Dr. Miller has designed curricula in integrative physiology, and is an active participant and leader in numerous state and nation medical associations. He is currently Chair of the national organization the American Society of Acupuncturists www.asacu.com, and Chair of the NCCAOM committee on Biomedicine. Abstract: Translation over culture, time, and language makes communication about Chinese medicine especially challenging for practitioners. Communication with Western medical providers is particularly difficult, as the overlap in terms used will make a Chinese medical practitioner appear ignorant of basic physiology if terminology is not qualified and framed properly. Similarly, variability in reporting on the history of Chinese medicine, the literature base, and the core concepts leads to confusion and inhibits collaboration, slowing the acceptance of the medicine into Western culture. This talk will present ways of communicating about the entirety of Chinese medicine using language that is accessible to the Western medical professional. Attendees will leave with strategies on presenting to Western doctors and other Western medical professionals that will promote integration rather than further misconceptions. This talk is a must for practitioners working in or with Western medical providers, and who wish to be effective ambassadors for Chinese medicine in the West.

Bio: Andy Rosenfarb, ND, L.Ac. earned his Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, with post-graduate education at Zhejiang College of Chinese Medicine in Hangzhou, China. Abstract: Cancer specifically was a frequent, common and difficult disease around the world. Comparing with TCM in cancer treatments, there was lack of doctors and contents in acupuncture tumors treatment. Since 20 years we had studied deeply in acupuncture treating tumors including myelosuppression (on decline in human's leucocyte, platelet), immunocompromised, malignant incomplete intestinal obstruction, gastroparesis, upper limb lymphedema after radical mastectomy, pleural effusion, ascites, pericardial effusion, cancer pain, cancer-related fatigue, cancerous fever and so on. Our team combined acupuncture with new adjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in down stage of lower rectal cancer treated by anus-conserving operation. In addition, we got effect of surrounding puncture method in inhibition of tumor growth by regulation of micro-environment. We devoted to combine biomechanics with acupuncture in cancer treatments. According to this PPT， we would introduce acupuncture therapy in cancers and complications, also the dialectical methods.

Abstract: The “Hand and Needle as One” is a complete diagnostic and treatment system that I have come up with from my thirty years of clinical trial and practice. Concisely speaking, it means “a painless pain-treatment method with the hand in place of the needle; to use the needle to assist the hand; the hand and needle as one”.

More specifically, it is a set of methods guided under the entire Chinese medicinal perspective and channel theory while applying modern anatomy to combine musculoskeletal system with meridian system organically. By using dialectical and analogical differentiation of disease/pattern, discern the pertinent channels and muscles and determine treatment plans, then through manual manipulation and needling techniques, achieve “upright skeleton and pliable sinews, unobstructed channels and collaterals, flow of qi and blood” -- the effects of painless pain treatment. This method is especially effective for the treatment of acute and chronic pain.

This course on “Hand and Needle as One” will comprehensively introduce the relationship between the whole body and the local parts; the relationship between sinews and bones; the relationship between muscles and channels; and the relationship between needle and the hand. Additionally, it begins from an anatomical basis to help everyone to understand where they have touched in diagnostic palpation, to what they have touched, to be able to determine the root of the pathology through palpation, and to use palpation with a diagnostic purpose. And to be able to find different needling and manual manipulation techniques and different point selections for various dynamic living bodies; how to determine the proper point location accordingly; and how to properly grasp the level and depth of treatment and so on.

贺小靖：火针疗法治疗骨伤科痛证

简介：贺小靖，贺普仁教授嫡传长孙女，贺氏针灸第三代传人，毕业于天津中医药大学，北京贺氏三通中医专科门诊部主任，北京针灸三通法研究会副会长兼秘书长，中国针灸学会新九针分会专业委员，中华中医药学会特聘专家，马来西亚中医师学会特聘教授，世界针灸学会联合会特聘教授，中国中医科学院特聘专家，北京科技进步三等奖获得者，《针灸技术操作规范-火针部分》的主要操作人，针灸临床项目负责人。自幼跟随贺老，受贺老亲自培养，深得真传，拥有27年临床经验，擅治各种疑难杂症。

讲课内容：《內经》中提到火针疗法的适应证有四种：痹证、寒证、经筋病、骨病。在《内经》时代，火针主要用于痹证。《灵枢，官针》：“九日歼刺，焠刺者刺燔针则取痹也。”又《灵枢，经筋》：“经筋之病，寒则反折筋急，热则筋弛纵不收， 阴痿不用。阳急则反折， 阴急则俯不伸。焠刺者，刺寒急也。”《灵枢》叙十二经筋所在发诸痹痛，皆云“治在燔针劫刺”“以知为数，以痛为输”，可见火针最初是为治疗筋急寒凝之痹证而设的。骨伤科病证，多属于中医痹证范畴，现代临床火针在骨伤科疾患中的应用亦十分广泛。

王竹行：平衡夹脊针刺法在脊柱相关性疾病痛症中的应用

王守富：化腐生肌法治疗坏疽（糖尿病足）

    Treatment of Gangrene (Diabetic Foot) with Removing Necrotic tissues and Promoting Granulation

简介：王守富，研究员，重庆市中医院（重庆市中医研究院）党委书记、副院长，中国中药协会中医药适宜技术专业委员会副主任委员。先后在重庆市中药研究院、重庆市中医研究院等单位从事中医药科研工作，主持国家和省部级项目10余项，发表论文20余篇，获发明专利 2件，出版专著5部。获科技成果奖5项，其中省部级二等奖2项。

Bio: Shoufu Wang, male, Researcher, is Secretary of CPC Committee and Associate Dean of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (Chongqing Academy of TCM), and Vice Chairman in Committee of Appropriate Health Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 讲课内容：根据国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）最新统计，全球糖尿病患者人数已达4.2亿，预计到2045年全球将有近6.2亿糖尿病患者。全球每年约有 400 万糖尿病患者发生糖尿病足（DFU）。DFU 是糖尿病最常见的表现，85% 以上的糖尿病患者截肢起因于DFU。据估计，全球每20 秒钟就有一例糖尿病患者被截肢。DFU 患者年死亡率高达 11%，截肢患者死亡率更是高达22%。

DFU在中医学属“脱疽”范畴。我们在临床过程中，运用化腐生肌法，采用超声清创术联合医院验方制剂治疗DFU，经过中医辨证分型，分化腐阶段和生肌阶段，通过内外结合调畅气血、解毒扶正、加速腐肉脱落、促进缺损组织生新修复，治疗了瓦格纳（Wagner）分级1-3级患者共90例，有效率达83.3%，免除了患者截肢的风险，深受患者喜爱和欢迎。

Abstract : According to the latest statistics from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), the number of people with diabetes worldwide has reached up to 420 million. It is estimated that there will be nearly 620 million diabetic patients worldwide by 2045. Diabetic foot (DF), the most common manifestation of diabetes, occurs in approximately 4 million diabetic patients globally each year. More than 85% of patients with diabetes are amputated because of DF with one case amputated every 20 seconds in the world. The annual mortality rates of DF patients and amputated patients are as high as 11% and 22% respectively.

DF is in the category of "Removing Gangrene" in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the clinical process in our hospital, we follow the principle of removing gangrene and promoting granulation and treat DF with ultrasonic debridement combined with hospital preparations. After TCM syndrome differentiation, the treatment was divided into two stages of removing gangreneremovalandgranulation promotion. Through internal and external treatments to regulate qi and blood, detoxify and strengthen body, accelerate the loss of gangrene, and promote repair of defective tissue, a total of 90 patients with Wagner grade I-III were treated with an effective rate of 83.3%. The treatment eliminated the risk of amputation and was well received and welcomed by patients.

王天俊：督脉是脑的经脉-导气针法在脑病上的运用

讲课内容：近20多年来，中医脑病学在国内有了迅速的发展，在临床和基础研究等方面都有了长足的进步。其中之一就是逐步肯定和明确了督脉与脑的关系，并进行了大量的临床和实验研究。在海外的英文文献里，第一次提出了“督脉是脑的经脉”，并整理和发展了内经导气针法的具体操作和适用病症，强调其在针灸临床尤其是脑病方面的运用。导气针法源于《灵枢·五乱》：“徐入徐出，谓之导气；补泻无形，谓之同精。是非有余不足也，乱气之相逆也”，主要是针对疾病“气机逆乱” 的特点。在临床操作上低频率、小角度、小幅度的提插捻转以引导“气至病所”。导气针法虽然在操作上没有补与泻的区分，在治疗结果上却存在补虚泻实的结果。

Abstract: In the last two decades, TCM Brain theory has been rapidly developed in China with great achievements on clinical and basic research. The close relationship between Du mai (Governor Vessel) and Brain has been graduate confirmed and broad recognition. In the English literature, “Du mai is the channel of Brain” has been first published in 2015.

Dao- qi acupuncture technique was originally from Huangdi Neijing. In “When one inserts and pulls out the needle slowly, it is called Dao-qi”, which on the diseases of qi rebellion or disturbances. Its clinical application with lower frequency, small rotation angle and less amplitude to guiding the qi to the sick area. Dao-qi technique applied on Du mai is unique to apply on the Brain related conditions.

 Abstract: Endocrine disorders play a vital role in whether or not someone develop diabetes, thyroid disease, growth disorders, sexual dysfunction, and a host of other hormone-related disorders. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of endocrine diseases. This presentation will explore the effective methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, simple obesity and osteoporosis.
